So, you might have heard of Ms. Suleman bka Octomom. She was recently on Dr. Drew and she gave a good story. Not quite a sob story though. She spoke of a job opportunity that she was supposed to embark upon as a trainer. Dr Drew was quite upset with her and wanted to help her get the assistance she would need to support her family. 

Octomom said that she appreciated that offer, but that in a nuttshell, she doesn’t like handouts. Well, who could blame her? She wants the world to know that she created her life and that she would be responsible for supporting herself. Unfortunately, the kids will suffer. Her house is foreclosing. 

While watching the show, it was apparent that Octomom received an unexpected visit from Dr Drew and she hadn’t cleaned house as of yet. 

My number one problem. In the back of the house, there was a room with the door shut. And in that room held a little boy who looked about the age of 5-7. He was alone and the room was dark. She was asked why he was separated from the rest of the children and her reply was, “‘He’s special Needs and needs to be quiet.” Wow!! Seriously? Poor child.

So this story starts out with this guy being invited for a neighbors party. In which he enjoys himself at the buffet table, and then returns later that night to kidnap the girl from her bedroom. He then takes this 9 year old child to his house and proceeds to rape her, all for her to be returned the following morning to her home. So that’s the most fucked up thing.. At least he is in jail for that, but lo and behold, he isn’t done yet. There were human remains found in his back yard. Seriously? What the hell is wrong with this guy? Looks like he is no smooth criminal. He totally got busted. But, strange enough, if it wasn’t for the horrible crime against the little girl, he might have gotten away.

See, there is no rehabing these guys. They may be sorry for that ONE crime they got caught at, but…what about the shit we don’t know about? As we see, somebodys been busy. It is going to take them at least a month to identify the body. Just imagine how easy it is for someone to commit these types of crimes, and yet no one suspects anything. He got caugt for the lighter crime.. I say lighter, because America has yet to take rape seriously. Kinda like OJ. He didn’t get time for his wifes murder, but for stealing his own merchandise, he got 15 years.

The remains of an adult were found in the backyard of a man’s home, who is in jail on charges of raping and kidnapping a 9-year-old girl, said Port Orange Police Chief Jerry Monahan.

James Maxwell was arrested in December 2011 and is in jail awaiting trial for the charges. Police said he kidnapped the girl after a neighbor’s Christmas party.

Maxwell dropped the girl off at the police department the next day and he was arrested.

Monahan said it will take at least one month to identify the body.

“A very significant period of time,” said Monahan. “The information that we have would have to be verified by the medical examiner.”

Police said they received tips that Maxwell has been concerned over plumbing work in the backyard of his home on Brandy Hills Drive.

“We received information from individuals, from two individuals actually, relative to statements that were made to them over concern over construction coming to this property and perhaps digging,” said Monahan.

Skywitness 9HD was over the scene where there were canopies set up in the backyard.

“I’m not here to judge him. He’ll have to answer for what he’s done, either in the legal system or later on,” said neighbor Ruth Kressler.

Officers said that cadaver dogs were brought to the scene on Friday, according to Monahan.

He said investigators then used ground radar detection to find out where to dig.

Monahan said that on Monday at about 3:30 p.m., they found the remains.

Maxwell has lived in the home with his mother since the 1980s, and he is being called a suspect in the case.

“James Maxwell is the primary suspect in the case,” Monahan said. “Mr. Maxwell is in jail. He will remain in jail. He’s no longer a threat to the community.”

Investigators said they do not believe there are any other bodies buried in the yard, but said they will continue to dig just to be sure.

Police said Maxwell’s mother owns the home, and he had a relationship and child with the woman who lives there now.

Police also said that several years ago, Maxwell got out of prison after serving time for attempted murder.

So, what are parents to do? What could these parents have done to ensure their little girls safety? NOTHING, OTHER than make sure her windows were closed tightly and not to trust anyone with their kid. Naturally, we want to reach out and touch someone and enjoy our neighbors, but seriously, we don’t know them. And if you teach your child not to talk to strangers, why do you as the adult allow them into your house?

Perhaps they had some type of relationship, or he had done something worth trusting…but that is too close for comfort. Perhaps she thought that he was an older guy and that he was harmless looking.

Teacher, Brian Shriner from The Geneva School Arrested for sex solicitation from Teen.

 

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -

Brian Gerald Shriner is a  respected teacher at The Geneva School, an upscale Christian school in Seminole  County, where he teaches Greek, English, and other subjects. He’s also an  ordained Episcopal priest But Friday, the  46-year-old man was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office when deputies  said Shriner exchanged emails over a period of weeks to have sex with a  teen.

However, the computer teen  was actually an undercover deputy.

When arrested, Shriner  told Orange County Sheriff’s detectives that he assisted at a church in Winter  Springs.

The church’s pastor told  WESH 2 News that Shriner is not a church employee, but does attend the church  and assists the church. The church is not a member of the local Episcopal  diocese.

Joe Thoma, the spokesman  for the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida, told WESH 2 News that Shriner is  ordained, but he is not employed by the diocese, and does not have district  authority to serve as a priest here.

So far, WESH 2 News has  not been able to obtain a response from The Geneva School, which is on Semoran  Boulevard, less than a mile north of Aloma Avenue.

OCSO officials said they  are concerned that there may be more victims, and are asking if anyone knows of  anyone who may be a victim of Brian Gerald Shriner to contact the agency, or  call Crimeline.

The arrest was announced  after 10 p.m. Friday in a news release. The Sheriff’s Office took an unusual  step, issuing a public records exemption of the arrest, which prohibited the  release of Shriner’s booking photo and details of his arrest.

This is such a sad pathetic story. I’ve written about these stories before. The biggest question, Why did it come out all of a sudden? Well, it didn’t come out because of the student, so that means the relationship will continue on some level. What goes on in the minds of women who choose this path? It’s almost hard to call them predatory, because it doesn’t take much to entice a young boy to have sex with you. Boys are eager to get their sex on. And it doesn’t take a genius to know that this relationship was consentual. Of course, children cannot consent to sex, so that makes it unlawful. What should this teachers punishment be?

Well looking at some other cases that were exactly like this one. She might get a slap on the wrist. If she thinks she loves him and continues to pursue him after warning, then her punishment will be harsher. It is a double standard for women and men who get caught in these situations. If a man rapes a boy, we all have our ideals of what the boy could have done to bring light to this situation. We say, “He was old enough to say No.” “He should have known better!” Well the same with this boy. But it’s SEX, and most times, sex doesn’t hurt. Especially when its accompanied by deceit and omissions.
That seems to spice things up. A young boy having an affair with his cute teacher. There will be many boys who envy him. Society itself gives this double standard, and then when it happens close to you, all of a sudden, you become enraged that somethings not being done about it.

But, what do you want? Pardon my expression, (since I’m Atheist) crucify her? It’s equated to nothing more than hormones. Men have them and women have them. So do children. The problem is, she didn’t wait. It’s not the same if she had waited 4 more years, right? But if he was 18 and she were 36 is that better? Well in some people opinions, she fucked up about the same as she is now. They would feel that he is way too young for her and that she is stealing his youth from him. Ultimately, that is HIS choice. This boy knows what he is doing. Should we change the laws?

Should we question kids and ask them a few things about the relationship?

3. Did you want this relationship?
4. Do you think this relationship was wrong?
5. Did you evr want the relationship to end?
6. How do you feel about ———- this person?
7. Do you feel violated?
8. Do you feel that you’re in a relationship with them?

And continue with how the relationship began? Find out whether he or she came on to the teacher. This world is so naive to think that teenager don’t make passes at their older counterparts. They do! It’s not about what the adult should have done, its about the mindset of the child. Let’s get this straight, because I get so annoyed with hypocrites. We trust a child to drive at the age of 15! However we don’t trust them to speak regarding sexuality at the same age? Seriously? What do you think? Are these charges too harsh?? Do you think that the boy will be hurt by this relationship?

West Melbourne police have arrested a female science teacher at a charter school after they say she had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student.

Irene Khan, 32, was arrested on Wednesday after a two-month investigation into a possible sexual relationship with one of her students at the Imagine School in West Melbourne during the 2011-2012 school year.

The victim told police Khan engaged in sexual activity with him several times, including her car, her apartment and several hotels and motels in the area.

“We brought the victim in and questioned him and corroborated much of his story, the sexual battery occurred several times,” said Commander Steve Wilkinson of the West Melbourne Police Department. “The victim had a cellphone his mother took it away from him and the suspect bought him a telephone and gave it to him.”

Police obtained cellphone records from the two that showed text messages where they wrote to each other, “I love you.” Khan also wrote to the victim wanting a kiss, police said.

Khan’s charges include enticing the victim to engage in sexual activity, committing sexual battery while in authority as an agent of the government, lewd or lascivious battery by engaging in sexual activity and lewd or lascivious molestation.

Khan was taken to Brevard County Jail, where she is being held on $80,000 bond. She will have her first appearance with a judge on Thursday morning.

According to the Imagine Schools website, Imagine Schools is a full-service operator of public charter schools, which mean they are publicly funded and privately operated. There are 75 schools in 12 states and the District of Columbia.

So, this guy, chokes his daughter, beats her and emotionally scars her gets a $5,000 bond? And he gets to go back home to where this child victim is. I hope they remove ANY AND ALL kids from his house and he should not be allowed to raise children from this point. FAYETTEVILLE, Ga. — Creflo Dollar, founder and pastor of World Changers Church International, was arrested early Friday on charges involving the choking of his 15-year-old daughter.

Dollar was taken into custody at his Fayetteville home and charged with simple battery and cruelty to children, NBC station WXIA of Atlanta reported.

According to the report from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office, Dollar’s daughter called police to say that her father attacked her after they argued about whether the daughter could attend a party.

The report says the daughter alleged that Dollar choked her, then threw her to the ground, punched her and hit her with his shoe. The responding officer noticed a scratch on the daughter’s neck near her throat; the daughter said her father gave her the scratch during the fight.

When police interviewed Dollar, he said he tried to restrain his daughter when she “became very disrespectful” after he told her she couldn’t go to the party, according to the report. Dollar admitted to spanking his daughter and wrestling her to the floor, but said it was because she hit him.

Dollar was taken to the Fayette County Jail after his arrest. Fayette County Police spokesman Brent Rowan said Dollar had his first appearance in magistrate court Friday and posted $5,000 bond, WXIA reported.

“As a father I love my children and I always have their best interest at heart at all times, and I would never use my hand to ever cause bodily harm to my children,” Dollar said in a statement released by his lawyer Nikki Bonner and obtained by The Associated Press. “The facts in this case will be handled privately to further protect my children. My family thanks you for your prayers and continued support.”

Dollar will make no further comments since he’s involved in an ongoing criminal matter, but he is expected to preach Sunday, Bonner said.

According to his website, Dollar began World Changers ministries in 1986 and it grew, moving in 1996 the  8,500-seat World Dome, built in College Park  for nearly $18 million without any bank financing. He and his wife, Taffi, church co-pastor, have five children. The ministry has 16 satellite locations and plans more. Creflo and Taffi Dollar also host “Changing Your World” television and radio broadcasts. The program is featured on the Trinity Broadcast Network.

Dollar was among six televangelists investigated in 2011 by Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley and the Senate Finance Committee. Their report raised questions about the personal use of church-owned airplanes, luxury homes and credit cards by pastors and their families, and about the lack of oversight of finances by boards often packed with the televangelists’ relatives and friends.

Dollar and his World Changers Church International of College Park and Creflo Dollar Ministries were among four televangelism organizations that the committee said did not cooperate with the investigation.

Dollar was a favorite of Rudy Eugene, the naked man shot dead by a Miami officer May 26 when, police say, he would not stop eating the face of a homeless man, Ronald Poppo.

“We watched Creflo Dollar Ministries every morning,” Yovonka Bryant, Eugene’s girlfriend, told a news conference covered by NBCMiami.com on Wednesday.

For the record, I do not condone abuse or spanking kids. What I am saying is this. If you have a toddler and you spank that child, (within) reason to correct behavior, there should come a time to end that. Your child should have grown and matured enough to understand the difference between negative behaviors. You should also be aware as a parent that hitting your child does not change behavior. If this girl had the need to call 911, imagine the fear that she was feeling at the time. And the 19 year old older sister of hers also attested to the events that had taken place? That says something about this nightmare. What daughter would want to call the cops on their famous dad? If you could just imagine how the children in a household like this would feel. On another note. I just left a site that actually acted as if they were gonna side with the child. Instead they said. “she hit him first and that he retaliated.” Ummmm, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD A MAN EVER EVER LAY A HAND ON A GIRL/WOMAN. Seriously? So basically, this news source is saying that it reports the news, but it condones this father hitting the child. Why? Even if she did hit him first, as if she could really hurt him. He could have restrained or let the mother deal with the girls. Those two quotes above are given by Dr. Boyce Watkins. So they give those degrees out to anyone I see. Common sense not required I suppose. I can see the daughter one day. “Thanks dad for choking the shit outta me and not trusting me to make my own decisions and choose wisely based on what you’ve taught me.” This Dr is worried about Creflos daughter being the victim of sexual assault if he doesn’t reign her in, but fails to see the physical abuse that she suffered at the hands of her own father.

Baptist Pastor from North Carolina ecourages violence towards “gay” acting children.

Pastor Sean Harris…what can be said for this bible toter? Not much. But a lot can be said for his rant. He went on limb as he tried to reach out to his congregation on recent Sunday. His rant involved the actions that the parents of suspected gay children should adhere to. Basically if you suspect that your child is acting “gay” (homosexual) tendencies …that you need to become more aggressive. Here is the actual caption from his sermon.

“So your little son starts to act a little girlish when he is four years old and instead of squashing that like a cockroach and saying, ‘Man up, son, get that dress off you and get outside and dig a ditch, because that is what boys do,’ you get out the camera and you start taking pictures of Johnny acting like a female and then you upload it to YouTube and everybody laughs about it and the next thing you know, this dude, this kid is acting out childhood fantasies that should have been squashed.”

He adds:

Jury Selection Begins in the Case against Casey Anthony. Will be held in ClearWater, Florida

This story rose to fame in 2008 and for so long, those who held the little Caylee Marie Anthony in their hearts will now be closer to breathing…or exhaling. So the trial will be held in Orlando, but the jury is being selected in ClearWater. Just 100 miles away…was that enough to take Anthony out of the publics eye? That attempt to get a jury from “far away” was somewhat shabby. No one is complaining though are they?

If most people who are aware of this case were questioned, They want her to fry for that she is being accused of. Orlando, Florida just recently sent their residents who live in a certain proximity to the Downtown Courthouse some letters pertaining to the media and the crowds that this case may draw.

This case is being said that it will draw more attention than OJ Simpson did in his trial, as being accused of killing his wife. There is still no reason why millions of people got involved in this case. If it wasn’t people protesting at the actual home, then its the hundreds of bloggers that write about this story. Why? There are hundreds of kids who get killed by their parents every day. None of them make national headlines. Supposedly, it’s the way Casey Anthony acted. Perhaps its her way of acting as if she could care less.  Maybe it was the knowledge that this child was missing over a month and the mother never mentioned it to anyone, but instead, chose a life of clubbing and partying. America and other countries, Yes other countries reached out after hearing this story. Some of my comments came from Japan.

However, those who aren’t close to this case when it comes to locale, will not have the same thoughts that O-towners have. Those who were there from the beginning. Those who frequented the same clubs that she visited. Those who stood in the parking lots at night after Casey Anthonys trips to her favorite bar, walked the same streets, went to the same school, lived in the same neighborhood. They will have plenty more to say. It hits closer to home.  Clear Water is clearly not far enough. But does that place exist? Well, there were people who didn’t know Oprah Winfrey who lived in the outskirts of Illinois, so…maybe it was. Granted, these were back wood folks with no televisions and no media outlets.

Jury selection started Monday in the trial of an Orlando woman charged with killing her 2-year-old daughter.

Casey Anthony’s trial will take place in Orlando, but jurors are being selected at a courthouse about 100 miles away because of intense media coverage. The first panel of potential jurors met with the judge and attorneys Monday morning in Clearwater.

Chief Judge Belvin Perry hopes to have 20 jurors — including eight alternates — in place by the end of the week so the trial can begin May 17. Potential jurors will undergo two rounds of questioning and be asked if they could recommend the death penalty for Anthony.

She is charged with first-degree murder, and any juror who couldn’t recommend death would be disqualified.

Anthony, 25, has pleaded not guilty to killing her daughter Caylee and says a baby-sitter kidnapped her. After a massive search, the girl’s body was found seven months after her June 2008 disappearance. It was discovered by a meter reader in some woods about a quarter of a mile from the home mother and daughter had shared with Anthony’s parents and brother. Detectives said residue of a heart-shaped sticker was found on duct tape over the mouth of her skull.

Monday was spent identifying jurors who have personal issues that would preclude them from serving the six to eight weeks the trial is expected to last. Those not dismissed for those reasons must come back later for more questioning.

Defense attorney Jose Baez objected to the first panel of about 100 people in its entirety, saying that it wasn’t representative of Orlando’s demographics because it had only two Hispanic and four African-American jurors.

Perry denied the objection and questioning of the panelists began.

Perry also issued an order Monday morning denying a defense request to exclude air tests from carpet sample taken from Anthony’s car. Tests for odors associated with a body’s decomposition were run on the carpet sample and the tests identified chloroform in the sample.

Chloroform is a chemical associated with decomposition but also can be used to render a person unconscious.

The tests have never been admitted in a trial in the United States.

Goodness, the ordeal that this little boy endured. He knew he wasn’t supposed to die. He knew that he was supposed to live. Only he saw that. His own mother didn’t think of her children as she attempted to take all of their lives.

Who was the relative that called the police? What was the domestic violence about? This is insane. What made her think this was the only option? Was it shame? Was it the thought that she couldn’t go to anyone? She mentions that she was alone, and if that is the case, leave your children, write a note, and do what you feel you have to do. Why take them with you? Is that the same thing as a man killing his wife when she decides to leave him? You think she belongs to you, so you take her with you when you go.

Mothers should realize, your children don’t belong to you, they belong to this world, to this earth. Your job is to bring them into the world, but they could have contributed somehow. Now, no one will get to know these children. This was a potential for something great. The mother was attending college, she worked hard to support her own family, and that’s all gone now. There is a time when a woman has had enough. There is a time when a parent needs to walk away. Walking away doesn’t mean you’re a bad parent, it just means that you cannot take care of your child anymore. This was senseless.

Do you know what a persons mental state has to be at in order for them to do this to their children? The story reads that this was a good mother. But good in what sense? Was she good because she fed and clothed them? Was she good because she took them to school? Where is the father? So many unanswered questions, and in time all of the links will be joined together. This young boy has a long way to go to recovery.

Added to the story: The landlord at her building said Armstrong shared the apartment with her boyfriend, and had twice asked to get the locks changed in a six-month period – most recently in March.

“She said she didn’t want him here,” John Boubaris, 48, said. “That was the last person living with her, the boyfriend.”

Neighbors identified the boyfriend as Jean Pierre, the father of the three dead children.

Details of the domestic incident preceding the death were withheld by police, and it was unclear if Pierre was at the apartment – although cops confirmed they had spoken with him.

“Whether he was there earlier in the evening, that’s part of our investigation,” said Newburgh Police Chief Michael Ferrara.

A 10-year-old boy clambered out the window of a minivan and swam to shore after his mother drove into the frigid Hudson River, killing herself and her three other children, officials said. A relative had called police to report a domestic dispute shortly before.

Lashaun Armstrong was the only survivor after his mother, 25-year-old Lashanda Armstrong, plunged the van into the river late Tuesday in this city 60 miles north of New York City.

When the van hit the water around 8 p.m., it was just past high tide and the Hudson was flowing swiftly to the south, pulling the vehicle some 25 yards out into the rain- and melt-swollen river, Fire Chief Michael Vatter said.

The chief figured the van floated in the 45-degree water for no more than two minutes.

“He got out of the car, got up onto the boat ramp, turned around and it was gone,” Vatter said.

The boy’s great-aunt, Angela Gilliam, told The Associated Press that he was “doing good” Wednesday and “taking it all in.”

“He rolled the window down and got out,” Gilliam said.

In the van with Lashanda Armstrong were Landon Pierre, 5, Lance Pierre, 2, and 11-month-old Lainaina Pierre, police said. Her husband and the father of the three dead children, Jean Pierre, was questioned. Police would not give details of the interview or say if the father had been charged with anything.

Gilliam, Lashanda Armstrong’s aunt, says she spoke to her niece earlier Tuesday and she was “not too good.” Gilliam later called police in Newburgh about her niece’s well-being and they acknowledge that officers went to the apartment. Neither Gilliam nor police provided other details about the domestic call.

By the time police got there, Armstrong had already taken the fatal plunge with her children.

Police said there was no history of domestic violence at the address.

Armstrong seemed stressed but not depressed when she picked up the children Tuesday at the Young and Unique Christian Development Child Care, said Shaniesha Strange, supervisor in the infant room.

“It just seemed like she was having a bad day,” Strange said. “I could see that something was kind of bothering her but she didn’t talk about it. She wasn’t one to talk about her business. The only thing she’d say was that she was so alone. She’s a single parent, she takes great care of her kids, goes to school, and works. She really needed a helping hand.”

Vatter said a passer-by saw Lashaun Armstrong come out of the river, picked up the soaking wet boy and took him to a nearby fire department. Vatter said the boy was so distraught that he had difficulty talking but ultimately told firefighters what happened. Rescuers went immediately to the river but it was too late to save the four victims.

Firefighters and police officers responded to the 45-degree river with boats. Divers searched for the minivan for about an hour before finding it submerged in 10 feet of water. They used a heavy-duty tow truck to pull it up the boat ramp and onto land.

Everyone inside was dead.

Armstrong lived in an apartment in a gritty part of this humble river city. Several neighbors on Wednesday recalled her as an attentive mother who balanced care of her children with an outside job. They were shocked by the news.

“She was a very good mom,” said Tina Claybourne, who lives nearby. “She took care of her kids. She always was with her kids.”

Neighbors said the children seemed energetic and happy and would play on the block and ride bikes.

“You know kids, they make noise, they play around,” said Shantay Means, a downstairs neighbor.

The boat ramp was unguarded by gate or chain. There was no sign that anything tragic had happened save for a single teddy bear left at the end of a dock that runs alongside the boat ramp.

Newburgh, which has about 30,000 residents, sits on the western shore of the part of the river that runs south through New York state and eventually splits New York and New Jersey.

A similar incident occurred in 2006, about 20 miles south of Newburgh.

In 2007, Victor Han, of Queens, was sentenced to three years of probation after pleading guilty to child endangerment. Han admitted he knew he was putting his daughters at risk when he stepped out of the family minivan on Bear Mountain in June 2006, leaving them with their mother, 35-year-old Hejin Han. She then drove the Honda Odyssey off a 300-foot drop, killing herself. The mother was killed but the children somehow survived.

It’s also reminiscent of the case of a South Carolina woman who drowned her young sons in 1994.

Susan Smith is serving a life sentence for killing 3-year-old Michael and 14-month-old Alex by strapping them into their car seats and driving the car into a pond. Smith originally claimed she was carjacked before the truth came out.

A Satellite beach boy accidentally shoots his friend. Should the parent be charged?

VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Satellite Beach police said a 9-year-old boy accidentally shot his 11-year-old friend with his father’s gun. The injured boy was recovering in a hospital Wednesday.

The other boy’s parents could face felony charges for an accident that could have been prevented, police said. Police said the parents should have had a trigger lock on the gun, and said most departments give them out for free if you ask.

Police said the 9-year-old’s father is the owner of the .22-caliber handgun that his son accidentally fired, shooting his friend near his collarbone.

“You OK breathing? How’s your breathing?” the father is heard asking the boy in the 911 call.

“Good,” the boy replied.

“It’s OK,” the father said.

The 11-year-old boy was flown to Arnold Palmer Hospital from Satellite Beach Tuesday afternoon. He was still in the intensive care unit Wednesday, though his condition is improving.

“My older son left it loaded. We’d just got back from shooting a couple of days before. It’s that simple. It was a tragedy,” the father, who did not want to give his name, said.

The gun was in a bedroom drawer.

Trigger Lock

“Curiosity got the best of him and he decided to show it to his friend. The gun went off accidentally,” said Commander Hodge of the Satellite Bach Police Department.

WFTV called the Department of Children and Families (DCF). DCF required the family to remove the guns from the house or the father’s two children could be taken from him.

Police said it could have been prevented if the dad simply had the gun secured.

“There are hundreds of gun locks, whether they’re barrel locks, trigger locks, gun safes,” Hodge said.

A trigger lock costs $5 and a cable lock costs $6. They even come with new guns when you buy them.

“You put them away. You lock them up and you keep them away from the kids,” Hodge said.

“Are you going to secure your gun in the future?” WFTV reporter Q. McCray asked the father.

“Of course, I am,” he replied.

Satellite Beach police said they are investigating the incident. They plan to talk to state attorney investigators on Monday.

The scary part to this story is this. A friend goes over to a neighbors house to play and ends up getting shot. What sounds good about that?

No one likes the idea of allowing their child to have fun and it ending in a senseless death. This father was very negligent, and even blames it on his eldest child. Regardless if it’s true or not, he should take responsibility for this accident. Another gun given to an irresponsible owner.

When you purchase a gun, vendor assumes that you the buyer knows how to use and care for the gun. They also assume that you know about the safety as well. Anyone knows, you DO NOT leave a gun unattended in your home when you have children. Even more than that, you don’t leave your gun unlocked period. That could allow a burglar to use your own gun against you.

This parent will have a tough lesson to learn, and the poor innocent kid who was shot is hopefully going to survive this incident.

The Dad brushes this off so nonchalant as if this happens on a regular basis. Perhaps, he was just nervous.

Parents, before you allow your kids to visit the friends house, make sure you know them and that they are responsible totally for your child. Now these parents will have to deal with Medical bills that they themselves didn’t incur, and technically it’s not their fault. Whose to blame here?

Even if the child knows better, it is still necessary for a parent to take extra precautions when it comes to gun safety.

Police investigators said a Satellite Beach father failed to properly store a handgun with which his son accidentally shot an 11-year-old friend last month.

Michael J. Capozzi, 42, was arrested Tuesday and charged with culpable negligence in the failure to safely store firearms, a third-degree felony punishable by five years in prison.

In the incident inside Capozzi’s house, the boy suffered a serious gunshot wound to the chest.

“Our investigators spent over two weeks sorting out the circumstances of this case, not only what occurred that day but what the common practices were when storing firearms in the home,” Cmdr. Brad Hodge of the Satellite Beach Police Department said in a statement.

After several interviews, the police determined Capozzi stored two rifles and a handgun, along with ammunition, in the children’s bedroom.

“We learned that even though the father educated his two young sons on gun safety, they did what kids tend to do: They made poor decisions outside the supervision of the adults,” Hodge said. “They handled and played with the guns regularly because they had easy access to them, and someone got shot in the process.”

At 4:02 p.m. March 29, police officers and paramedics responded to 290 Park Ave. after an 11-year-old boy had been reportedly shot in the chest by a 9-year-old. The two boys are friends, and the older boy was spending the night at the home.

Investigators determined that a loaded, .22-caliber handgun was left unsecured in a bedroom drawer. The 9-year-old retrieved the handgun and was showing it to his friend when it was accidentally discharged, striking the 11-year-old in the upper chest.

The victim was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women in Orlando. After a week, the child was released, and he is expected to recover, the police said.

In the initial writing of this story, it was believed that the children were somehow “curious” of the guns and therefore went into the room to find it show it to his friend. So does this give you some ideas about what took place that day? Well possibly not considering it was reported by the family that it was just an accident. However, what is strange is how the story was told to the media in the beginning.

See, it’s easy to say, Ooh it was just an accident. These pictures show that each of the Capozzi boys were trained how to use a gun. At times they have their safety gear on and other times not.  Michael Capozzi turning himself in to the authorities is only half the battle. The biggest question is this. What is he training these boys for?  These boys are firing some pretty powerful weapons. There was a day when a boy learned to shoot using a BB Gun, and now the Capozzi boy shoots an AK-47. This is 2011, and is there really a need for young children of these ages to be shooting guns with so much violence in the world? Michael Capozzi later states in a comment on this blog that his boys have an interest in the military. Well, that is all well and good, however, is it really necessary to train them at such a young age? What are these childrens grades like? If Michael Capozzi sleeps too hard and doesn’t lock his guns up, will the public expect that one of these boys could have access to these weapons? Kids that bring guns to school and kill other kids all get their guns from their parents. Children cannot purchase their own guns. There is a reason for that. They are not mature enough.

Perhaps lets say, one day these boys get picked on in school. What if that child is so angry? Can we expect to hear a story about one of these kids taking a gun out of the home and using it on another student?

This is not an attempt to crucify Capozzi, but it is the realization that some people should not own guns. He is indeed highly negligent. These pictures are proof. If you’re so trusting of these children with their guns, would you allow your friends to go and play with them after seeing and hearing about this incident? This child could have lost his life and the community that Capozzi lives in just may be sweeping this under the rug. So does Capozzi deserve prison time for his actions? At what time should the parent face criminal charges for their negligent behavior? This Father stored the guns in the rooms of the children. As the report states above.  What sense does that make?  Did Michael truly intend for these kids to keep these guns in their rooms? It would appear to be so. Michael Capozzi states that these guns were specifically purchased for each child according to their own preference. He states this is so. These children received these weapons as Christmas gifts and perhaps other times in their young lives.

Will this case make it an issue for stricter gun policies? Well it certainly won’t hurt the cause. This story is not however about taking guns away from law abiding citizens, it is about controlling the usage and the training the purchaser as to proper storage and handling of a dangerous weapon.

Another thing to ponder, what is in the minds of these children as they shoot? Michael J. Capozzi an ex military man, according to his facebook account brags about purchasing these guns for his kids. He then makes jokes and public comments that his sons Erik and Magnus could use these said guns for “terrorist”. Anyone who is a friend of Michael Capozzi would be able to read these comments. Is that what this father is teaching his kids? What exactly do these terrorist look like? This may be a joke to Capozzi, however upon speaking with his eldest son Erik, I was called an “Anti Gun Liberal person.” He said that he bet I was one of them. Where would this child get this type of attitude? At a time in Eriks life where he should be having fun and enjoying himself, he is fighting for his father with much fervor. These types of teachings only promote racism and violence in our country.

This makes way for another Jared Loughner. The man who viciously killed 6 people and injured Liberal Congresswoman Gabrielle Gifford. She was brutally shot in the head. If Capozzi doesn’t change his perspective, we will be reading about his sons one day.  There is nothing funny about making terror threats. We all tend to laugh about Anthrax and other acts of violence, or at least not take it seriously enough, but in reality, we have our own terrorist in America. They are born and bred here and they are trained from an early age. We would hope that Capozzi is not doing this. The closet to terrorism in America is the KKK or Aryan Nation.

This type of training was vital back in olden days when you owned your 50 acres and didn’t want anyone approaching you without some type of weapon. You never knew if they were there to take your land or rape your wife and kids, so it was necessary. However, nowadays, with local law enforcement in every major city and in small towns, there is no need for this type of usage.

Who are his sons role models? According to his oldest son Eriks facebook page, he is into rap and brandishes his weapon every chance he can get. One of his friends makes a joke stating, “I’m surprised that You (Erik) would have a gun.”  They then proceed to laugh it off. Now folks this stuff is public record. If it on the internet, it’s accessible to anyone. Michael does not correct his son. Clearly he can tell him not to use a weapon as a profile picture while your musical interest are Tupac Shakur and other hard core rappers. Nothing against rap, but Tupac was gunned down and had a lot of violence surrounding him during his lifetime. That’s no role model for any young boy.

Michael J. Capozzi also is engaged to a NASA worker named Neilyn Hernandez. At the time of this incident, she was almost ready to have a baby and that may have been the reason they went easy on Michael, but that is no excuse. A concerned parent alerted this blog of the situation. Basically she gave a name only. The rest was reviewed and after careful sifting, you have all the information pertinent to this story.

As far as anyone knows, The Capozzi family may be training Homemade terrorist. If Michael Capozzi doesn’t want his boys to be viewed in this light, then perhaps he shouldn’t glorify on facebook their shooting habits and should remove those pictures. It sends the wrong message to the children that are on his page.  What you see below should not be allowed. These pictures depict something different than what the media was alerted to.

Michael Clare Bronx Pastor Is offered Plea deal for the raping and impregnating a 12 yr old girl

A Bronx pastor charged with raping a 12-year-old girl from his flock turned down a “sweetheart” plea deal that came with three years in prison.

Michael Clare, 38, refused the offer from prosecutors, despite “almost irrefutable proof” he impregnated the child, said Bronx Supreme Court Justice Megan Tallmer.

“He wasn’t interested,” Tallmer said in court Monday.

Clare’s lawyer, Paul Brenner, asked the judge to consider probation instead of prison.

“I would never do that,” she snapped, citing a DNA match between Clare and the victim’s aborted fetus.

Clare – the married leader of the Harvest Worship Center and principal of the associated Harvest Prep school, declined comment outside court.

Authorities learned of the alleged crimes in June, when the girl, who now 15, told her parents and police that Clare had sexually preyed on her for three years.

Clare, who is free on $50,000 bond, faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of first-degree rape at trial.

Prosecutors believe he may have victimized other young churchgoers as well.

The judge said his preaching days are probably over, though, since his name would likely be added to the state sex offender registry following any plea deal.

“I don’t see how he could continue his work as a pastor,” Tallmer said.

Clare’s lawyer said the clergyman will be vindicated at trial.

“He turned down the plea deal because he’s innocent,” Brenner said.

One prosecutor said that was a mistake.

“This was a sweetheart offer considering the evidence against him,” the prosecutor said. “It won’t get any better from here.”

So you would think that the story is that a Pastor raped a 12 year old girl and that she was a member of his congregation and that he impregnated her. But not today. Today the story is about, Why is there a “sweet heart deal in the first place?”

First off considering the nature of the crime, it is highly Inappropriate to call it a Sweet Heart Deal. That’s tasteless and tacky.

Where is the outcry and outpouring of blacks on this subject? We should see pastors on the television and on the podiums regarding this crime against this young girl. Instead they’d rather defend 12 rapists from Texas because they were “good boys.” They had potential. Who are we kidding?

Regardless of the evidence against this man, what’s wrong with this picture? How is it possible that for raping a 12 year old child you get 3 years? Then to attempt to clean it up and say, “It won’t get any better from here.” They have really done this child a favor haven’t they? Then the comment “The Clergyman will be vindicated at trial.”

Why do I write these stories? Why even bother? Where is the justice in this case of this girl? It’s her color isn’t it? It’s her wanton eyes as a 12 year old black girl. It’s the notion that all black girls are ” Open” and sexual before their time. It’s the old idea that black girls are “loose”. It still hasn’t died yet. She must’ve wanted this. Perhaps as the pastor was preaching, the child was in the audience smiling at him. She must’ve been crossing her legs and pulling a Sharon Stone. The Good Pastor Clare couldn’t resist, now could he?

Principal and Pastor? “I don’t think he will ever be able to preach again, or how could he?” Easily, very easily. It’s no wonder blacks are set back so far financially for supporting rapists and con artists. If he wanted to be, he can be in the pulpit immediately. Why? How? Many black patrons are still pimping their pastors and they are nothing more than whores and drug addicts that need entertainment.

When you choose your man of God over God, then you do yourself a disservice. He should do the maximum time allowed. He should pay punitive damages to the victim. The monies that he collected from his delusional members should be used to pay for this childs education and any needs that she may have. A thorough investigation should be done behind the walls of this church and it’s so ironic that he’s a Principal as well. What a real piece of garbage this pathetic waste of human life is. He has surrounded himself with children. These types always do.

If his members aren’t complaining about this Satan Reject, then who will? See, a lot of times the members will know what’s going on and still sit idly by and do nothing. They can know that he is a whore, a drug user and a pedophile, but to save face, they hide behind God. It’s insane and these fools will bust hells gates wide open. It is despicable. If I were his wife, I would be repenting to God for marrying such a detestable thing. It’s not likely that his wife knew what she was getting and of course, no background check can help in these situations. When you marry something like this, it destroys your core and all of your judgments become challenged from then on. Did this man have children? What do they think? How many children have to go through this before stricter laws are made? Laws are already on the books, but if deals can be offered in exchange for lighter sentences, then what has been accomplished? This animal will get out and do the same thing again. That seems to be the basis of all these crimes. Let him out, and let him destroy further. It is a vicious cycle and parishioners won’t stop it, because they are too heavenly minded that they are no earthly good. I better not hear one comment about “Judge Not.” I swear, I will curse you out from sun up to sun down. Any of you stupid blacks who come to this site with your nonsense bull about how this man should be judged by God, don’t you even leave a comment. No one wants to hear your crap.
