Interesting enough, women are still in the 1800s where it was exciting to meet a man and marry him. He wa supposed to come and sweep you off your feet on this white horse and you two live happily ever after. Hmmm, does that happen anymore? I doubt it. As someone whose made that dreadful walk down the green mile to the altar, uuggh, it was a nightmare. Marriage is truly what you make it, but to say it least, in 2012, it leaves much to be desired.

 

Honestly, what does a woman need a man for? In my not so humble opinion, NOTHING! Well, there is the occassional flat tire, and there is always the garbage that needs to be taken out, and that is if you can find a man who will do it without having to be nagged constantly. Of course, someone to break you off with a little bit of sex every once and again, but other than that, not much. Its not that men aren’t desireable, but moreso, they are obsolete when it comes to happiness. Yes, there’s the whole love bit, and the whole romance and cat and mouse chase and thrilling newness that a fresh hunk of beef can give, but committed for the rest of your life to ONE man? HELL NO!  Have you tried that lately?

Variety is indeed the spice of life, and why have one when you can have more? Now granted some of you may not share in my sentiments, but this isn’t about what fits all, it’s sabout what fits possibly. What is it about women who feel that their lives aren’t satisfactory unless there is a man in it? And its not to say that women dont need love and affection, but being single can be lonely. But why would you stoop so low as to put a mandate on a man and think that he is obligated to marry you or else? What could that possibly say about your self esteem and your personal development? Loads! Nikoleta, seriously, there might be a guy on this planet that I would beg to have a one night stand with, but to marry by death threats…not likely.

 

Here is when marriage works for the woman.

1. She is financially secure and doesn’t NEED him, but wants to be with him.

2. She is happy being all by her lonesome and enjoys her own company. Even if it means having conversations with herself and answering as well. (try it, it works!)

3. He is not using her as a doormat and she will not be his servant,  nanny, maid etc. You get my point. If a man wants to marry you, he should not automatically assume that a woman wants to take these roles. So, he should provide for her and be well able to give her what she needs. If he wants a maid, he should make enough money to HIRE ONE!…(or two)

4. The marriage is on HER terms. Example: she isn’t pregnant or marrying him to help his chances at a lighter sentence at court.

Women really need to establish their self worth and stop relying on a man for all of their independence. Why would you want to be tied down with someone who obviously supports subservient wormen?

Oh, I can see the guy now. “Yeah babe, I’ll marry ya!”  I bet he ran out immediately and purchased a huge rock for her.

Nikoleta, you are making us all look despo right now. Seriously. Put the knife down! Besides, if you do decide to marry him, I’m certain that after ten years of being his housemaid, you will have reason enough to go Bruce Lee on him. Give it time. Never prematurely murder someone.

A young African American boy walks down the street carrying a bag of skittles and a cup of sweet tea is gunned down by a trigger happy community (official). His job was to be a neighborhood watchman. To say the least he took the situation too far. He murdered a young boy in cold blood and seems to have no remorse. On the stand as he was being questioned regarding his actions, as it referred to the decision to give him bail, he made a shocking comment.”I didn’t know how old he was” From the mouth of the attacker/aggressor Zimmerman. Will he get off for committing this crime?

Here is the disturbing part. Most residents of Sanford, Florida are very much aware of the racial tension between the residents and law enforcement of that town. The city is known for stereotyping blacks. Yes, crime has been an issue there, just as it has been in many towns. What makes this town different? Blacks have no voice and have chosen not to exercise their rights to free speech. Marches were held, people came from 100′s of miles away all to be a part of the outreach towards the Martin family. Seemingly to no avail. Mainly because, the state of Florida has a multitude of communities of blacks that insist on staying silent and thinking that marching to songs like, “We Shall Overcome” will be beneficial to their cause. It wont help. It didn’t help when Martin Luther did it and it won’t now. Sounds pessimistic? Not at all. It’s a matter of fact. Al Sharpton, The New Black Panther Party arrived and yet Zimmerman is tucked away and being taken care of by the state. He has no fears. He is receiving support from a portion of his community that believes in his story and sees this as an opportunity to to express their fears and hate. Yet, where is the outreach for the Martin family? The news reported the website of George Zimmerman a several occassions. They mention the fact that he has a facebook page. They introduced his attorney. Yet, it seems that the Martin family has cowered away into their respective corners to sulk over the loss of their deceased son. Where is his justice? They have received very little coverage, and the footage that is being shown is surrounded by their vision of defeat and desperation. It is fair to say that if Trayvon Martin doesnt get justice, it may be due to the idea that his family is passive and too emotional. Meanwhile, Zimmerman looks headstrong. If this family wants justice, they have to fight in it. Unfortunately, as Christians, they will sit back and wait on god to deliver them and show up and give them the justice that they deserve. Hmmmmm, not gonna happen. No one gets anything in this world without a fight. Do you think that Zimmerman will walk?

Another point to mention. Where have the character witness’s so to speak who could attest to the fact that Trayvon was a good boy? Has the family rounded them up? Friends, acquaintances, neighbors…etc. This young boy needs people who can come to his defense. Its not up to the courts or law enforcement to provide this information, the parents must do their own detective work. George Zimmerman has had several people from his neighborhood state that he is a kind hearted young man. A dead man cannot speak.

This is the image that the media is now showing the general public. It is an attempt to make Zimmerman appear to be more acceptable rather than the horrible shot of him in his jail house Orange. You might be surprised that it actually works. The Z Team has their homework done. They want him to win and they have insisted that the media bite their ideals and less of the ideals of the deceased and his family. The tables have turned and pretty soon, the Martin family will be grabbing at anything they can to ruin the image of an already known killer.

This photo shows the face of a loving family man. He looks soft and gentle. Like Norman Bates states, "Wouldn't Harm a fly." He sells it well and the media is buying. Mankind is much like a sponge. Soaking up whatever we get an overdose of. This picture does not show what was shown the night Zimmerman committed this crime. This is the picture that the public will want to relate to.

NewYork Officer kills himself after a Facebook dispute with girlfriend.

This whole facebook relationship thing is ridiculous. Husband and wives shouldn’t be friends, girlfriends and boyfriends shouldn’t be friends. Now of course, that will raise some suspicion, and he might be even more susceptible to spy, but this is childish.

It seems to be the sign of the times when everyone lives on facebook. If you’re popular, then you think you should have a facebook page. Facebook is indeed a social networking site. It means SOCIAL networking. Men meet women all the time. There are hook ups and meet ups. This poor guy must’ve had very low self esteem, which is typical for the average man. Most men have absolutely no confidence when it comes to relationships. They put their all into their partners and have little affirmation when it comes to their future. He might have been a little mental. Love is strange, but it doesn’t make you kill yourself.

If he thought this would lock her into him, he is dead wrong. He had a better chance of keeping himself in her heart if he had kept his life, rather than taking it. This woman will move on and be happy one day…unfortunately without him. Sources say he was a good man and that he was gentle and kind. Rejection is tough to take and knowing that someone doesn’t feel the same way as you feel can be a huge blow to a mans ego. Perhaps this wasn’t something that he was used to. An on-duty city cop distraught over a possible breakup with his girlfriend pulled out his gun in front of her and fatally shot himself in the head early Tuesday.

“I love you,” Officer Philip Chlanda told his girlfriend before pulling the trigger on a Manhattan street.

The 29-year-old cop argued with his gal pal after he looked at her Facebook page to see if she was seeing anyone else, said Paul Browne, NYPD’s chief spokesman.

“He was left with the impression that she might leave him,” Browne said.

Chlanda, in uniform and on a meal break, left the apartment on E. 36th St. where he and the girlfriend lived with his parents. The couple walked downstairs and continued their argument on the sidewalk near the cop’s squad car.

As he pulled his service .9mm Glock about 3:20 a.m., the girlfriend ran toward him, but not in time to stop him firing, Browne said.

Chlanda was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, but died.

Browne called it “a sad, tragic incident.”

He said the officer, a 4-year veteran, had “an unblemished record,” with no issues. Chlanda was assigned to the 1st Precinct in Tribeca.

The couple had lived together in a room in his parents’ third floor apartment, he said, and planned to get their own apartment soon.
“Nobody saw this coming,” said Browne.

“He was a gentle sort of fellow, very courteous,” said a neighbor, Dr. Rosemary Clemens. “It’s very unsettling. It’s particularly terrible when it’s somebody in the line of duty protecting others. He must have been a very troubled soul. All we can do is hope he’s in a better place.”

So this is the face of HIV? Most women would look at this young man and not have a problem with sleeping with him. He’s attractive, he is employed, but he also has some problems. He is vindictive and deliberately slept with many women and didn’t inform them of his disease. He looks like a player. But what does it really take for women these days? Nothing much. These men find it easy to have sex with women at this time because sex is so easy to come by. Imagine this…9 women left themselves open to receive this disease and now a portion of them are  now carriers. They will pass this disease onto someone else, and that will make it more wide spread. It is a cycle that repeats itself.

The law requires full disclosure, but who is monitoring it? No one. These women put themselves in the line of fire when they choose not to protect themselves. Should we feel sorry for them? They are old enough, they should have common sense enough to know better. Condoms take up their own little section of the stores these days. No one can say, “I didn’t know.” Those days are old. There are some circumstances where it’s not a persons fault if they get infected.

Example: A man meets a women. He begins to date her, and they eventually fall in love and start a family. She is HIV positive but doesn’t tell him. How is that his fault? Well he could have, during their dating process requested a test to be done. As they do offer couple testing. This is avoided because some people don’t want to come off as “being picky or particular”. But what’s worse, being embarrassed now, or being sick later? If he/she loves and respects you, they will be more than happy to oblige your request.

These women who slept with him were careless and more than likely were not on his list for starting a family. They were nothing more than booty calls, nothing more than sex partners. In that case, you definitely need to protect yourself. What is the proof that he/she is being exclusive to you? The women he slept with probably knew about each other too. LEBANON — A Cincinnati man who is HIV positive and was arrested for having sex with women in Hamilton County faces similar charges in Warren County.

A county grand jury Friday handed down nine charges of felonious assault against Andre P. Davis, 29. The indictments were made public on Monday.

Davis is accused of having sex nine times with four women in Warren County between December 2010 through January 2011, and knowing he was a carrier of the HIV virus but did not tell the women.

Ohio law requires people who know they are HIV positive to disclose that information to their partners.

Davis, a former professional wrestler known as the “Gangsta of Love,” had worked at the Macy’s customer calling center in Deerfield Twp.

Prosecutor David Fornshell said Davis faces 72 years in prison if convicted on the Warren County crimes.

“Three of the four victims knew him from the Macy’s calling center in Deerfield Twp. while the other victim met him separately,” Fornshell said.

He said Davis will be arraigned in Warren County Common Pleas Court at a yet to be determined date.

He is already under indictment by a Hamilton County grand jury on 15 counts of felonious assault, a second-degree felony, for having sex with 12 women there and not disclosing that he was HIV positive.

Davis was arrested by Cincinnati police in early April and has been in held at the Hamilton County Justice Center in lieu of a $275,000 cash bond. His next court date is today in Hamilton County Common Pleas Court.

Teen Ex Boyfriend attacks and rapes girl.

ORLANDO, Fla. — A 16-year-old boy was jailed Monday, accused of grabbing his ex-girlfriend on her way to her bus stop and raping her. The victim was attacked early Monday morning by the teen wielding a knife.

According to the police report, 16-year-old Isaiah Cain dated the victim for about a week in March before the girl broke things off. She was attacked near the entrance of her apartment complex, the Metro at Michigan Park.

“I’m so shocked. I’m not going to lie to you. I’m so shocked,” resident Patricia McCray told WFTV.

“That’s kind of scary,” resident Gail Fox added.

Police said the victim was walking from her apartment to her bus stop on Conway Road near Curry Ford Road in Orlando  around 5:50 am when Cain approached her.

According to the police report, Cain placed the victim in a choke hold as she screamed for her mother; Cain walked the victim past her apartment, threw her on the ground, and punched her in the face.

“You better not said anything else or it’s gonna [get] worse,” police said Cain told the victim as he picked her up. The victim told investigators Cain then pulled out a knife and the victim pleaded with him to put it away, eventually convincing Cain to hand it to her, and she tossed it into nearby bushes.

Investigators say Cain then forced the victim into the breezeway of one of the apartment buildings and began choking her with both hands; the victim told police she begged him to stop.

Cain then forced her on the ground and raped her, police said, then fled the scene.

The girl immediately walked home and called police, the reported stated. She was taken to Arnold Palmer Hospital to be treated for her injuries, and then to the Sexual Treatment Center.

“One of the sergeants was familiar with who [the suspect] was and where he lives and contacted the family and that’s how we detained him,” explained Barbara Jones, Orlando Police Department.

Police contacted Cain’s mother, and the teen’s father was able to find him and hand him over to law enforcement. Police said he was taken into custody without incident. Police won’t elaborate about Cain’s past and how they knew him before the incident.

Officers spent the afternoon outside their home, waiting for a warrant to enter their apartment; they live in the complex directly next to the victim.

Though this was an isolated incident and Cain is behind bars, residents were still on edge.

“I just can’t believe it, and I’m afraid. I mean, rape,” Lachelle Odom said.

The victim’s friend told WFTV that she is 16 years old. The victim’s friend also said the girl is doing OK, but was very shaken by the incident.

Cain is facing charges of armed kidnapping, sexual battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery, and battery by strangulation.

Estranged Husband kills Wife and her New Boyfriend.

Apparently, moving on with your life is a thing of the past. Should women stop dating and marrying all together? If one partner wants to leave, it’s likely that they will die as a result of it. Well, at least that’s how you’d feel if you found yourself glued to the television in the last few months.

Police arrested a man they said killed two people at an Orlando apartment complex on Sunday night.

Officers said 45-year-old Eligio Isalgue shot his estranged wife and her new boyfriend at the Camden at Lake Reserve Apartments.

The complex is located on Lake Margaret Drive near Dixie Belle Drive and the shooting happened at about 9:30 p.m.

Isalgue was arrested in the complex’s parking lot. Investigators said they found a gun inside the apartment.

Two other people, including Isalgue’s 13-year-old daughter, were in the apartment. The others were not injured.

Investigators said the husband and wife had not lived together for about two months.

Police said they responded to a prowler call late Sunday night at 5400 block of Lake Margaret Drive (see map) after a neighbor said they saw 45-year-old Eligio Isalgue peeking through the victim’s apartment windows.

They said Isalgue attempted to kick in the front door, but when he failed, he moved to the rear sliding glass door and forcefully broke into the apartment, police said. He then opened fire on his estranged wife, Rosa Barrientos, and her new boyfriend with a .40 handgun, according to police.

Police said Isalgue left his 13-year-old daughter and a friend alive in the apartment.

When Isalgue left the apartment, he was immediately detained in the parking lot by police officers.

Officials said Isalgue and Barrientos had been married for 20 years, but had not lived together for two months. In 2002, Isalgue and Barrientos filed for divorce, according to the Orange County Clerk Of Courts Office.

A background check on the couple’s history revealed one battery domestic violence case against Isalgue in 1998 with the Orange County Sheriff’s Office. Police said the charges were dropped due to declination to prosecute.

Police said Isalgue is charged with two counts of murder.

The names of all the victims have not been released. This investigation is ongoing.

John Hataway Found Guilty of Attempted Murder by Jury.

A Seminole County jury found James Hataway guilty on all charges Friday evening.

The jury decided that Hataway was guilty of attempted first-degree premeditated murder, burglary of a conveyance with a battery, false imprisonment and robbery.

Hataway was accused of attacking Rachael Clarke in August 2008 in Seminole County. Clarke was left in a neck brace with scratches and bruises all over her body.

Hataway took the stand Friday morning and claimed he never meant to hurt Clarke. He said the incident started with a hug.

“She was giving me a hug and at that point, she started screaming and she pushed me off of her and she said, ‘Stop, you’re hurting me,’” Hataway said.

Hataway claimed he “didn’t know what was going on,” so he chased after the woman when she ran down the street.

“She saw me coming up and she started screaming … she says, ‘Help he’s trying to kill me,’” Hataway said. “I said, ‘I’m not trying to kill you.’”

Hataway denies that he then shoved Clarke’s head into the ground.

“It’s possible I got my hands near her face to calm her down,” he said.

Hataway is linked to the disappearance of 27-year-old Tracy Ocasio. He was the last person seen with her when they left a Metrowest bar in May 2009.

Hataway said he doesn’t know what happened to Ocasio. Ocoee police said he’s a suspect in her disappearance, but he has not been charged.

“I’m happy as hell,” said Joanne Clarke, the victim’s mother.

Rachael’s mom said after her daughter relived the 2008 attack Tuesday, she couldn’t bear to be in the same room as Hataway for the verdict.

“It’s way too much,” said Joanne Clarke.

Plenty of others, like Liz and Joe Ocasio, were there to celebrate the outcome of the week-long trial.

“That brave girl today, not only did she get lucky getting away, she put a monster behind bars where he belongs,” said father Joe Ocasio.

“Once we find Tracy, we’ll know where he is, so we can go after him. He didn’t get away that time and he’s not going to get away this next time either,” said mother Liz Ocasio.

Hataway’s friend, Dallas White, said he is disgusted by the verdict. “If he wanted to hurt that girl, that girl would have been dead. That guy is 10 times stronger than me. He’s a big teddy bear,” said White.

Rachael Clarke stood in front of a full gallery and testified about an event that almost stole her life.

She pointed her finger at James Hataway who she said tried to kill her after she gave him a ride home from a party in Casselberry in 2008.

Hataway sat in handcuffs in the courtroom, freshly shaven and bald with a vacant look on his face for most of the day.

For a portion of the hearing, Clarke stood in front of the jury and demonstrated how she said Hataway tried to kill her. She put her hands around an Assistant State Attorney’s throat and said, “He wouldn’t let go of me.”

Clarke added, “I felt like he was trying to break my neck.”

Hataway is also the sole suspect in the disappearance of an Ocoee woman named Tracy Ocasio and the death of an Orlando man named Onda Christopher George. In the courtroom were the parents of both.

When asked how she could handle looking at the man investigator believe is responsible for the death of her daughter, Mrs. Ocasio said, “I ask myself that everyday.”

If convicted Hataway faces life in prison.

Now we have to hold on to hope that He will come clean with what he knows about the missing Florida woman, Tracy Ocasio. She was last seen with Hataway and has not been seen since the night they left a club together.

Woman Who places an ad on Craigslist gets Kidnapped and Raped.

Sounds familiar? Well, to those of you who read this blog site, it is all too familiar. But lets stay on this story for now.

A woman places an ad on Craigslist saying she wants a fresh start in life and a man answers it. Now, for whatever the reason, this woman decides to actually meet this man after speaking for ONLY ONE DAY. What’s wrong with this picture? Ok, so let’s go there.
Perhaps, it’s the same as real estate right? You meet someone as an agent and you meet them to show them a house.

Is this the case? Was this exactly how this story took place? Just a simple inquiry of a property or a place to live? Was there more? What makes a woman make such an ad, and she did say she wanted a fresh start. Well this would classify as something “different”. Her way of meeting a potential roommate or land lord wasn’t the smartest method. She will take heat for this, we can imagine her on the stand.

Why didn’t she use an agency? Someone who would have been a professional who would have guided her and taken her seriously and not harmed her would have been the wiser choice. She could put a name to a face and actually feel safer about the commute. She traveled a bit of a distance to see this place with a perfect stranger.

Jeffrey Gray Accused of Raping and kidnapping Woman

The New York woman posted a Craigslist ad seeking housing, saying she was looking to make a “fresh start” in New England.

What she found instead, police say, was a New Hampshire town official who held her captive in his home for three days and raped her.

Salem planning board member Jeffrey Gray was arraigned Wednesday on rape, kidnapping, false imprisonment and assault charges. He was being held on bond, and his lawyer, Mark Stevens, declined to comment on when he might post it.

Gray, 48, has a record of arrests for criminal threatening and criminal mischief and a history of restraining orders linked to domestic abuse, Police Capt. Mike Caron said.

The 34-year-old woman went to Gray’s rented Windham home voluntarily on March 5, but was not allowed to leave until days later, when Gray drove her to Logan International Airport in Boston, police said. Instead of boarding a plane, however, she told a Massachusetts state trooper about her ordeal, authorities said.

The woman was treated for minor injuries and released from Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston on March 9.

The court file on the case was sealed, and police would not identify where in New York the woman lives.

Gray responded to the woman’s ad and the two communicated by computer for a day or so before she arrived March 5 at the house he’d rented only weeks earlier, Caron said. She was initially there voluntarily but that quickly changed, Caron said.

He would not say how Gray restrained or otherwise forced her to stay in the lakefront home.

Court officials said Gray is the subject of a protection order filed by an ex-girlfriend who said he threatened and abused her and her children. The woman said Gray repeatedly phoned her and sent her text messages in late February. She wrote that Salem police came to her house at 1:30 a.m. local time one morning asking if she knew his whereabouts, because he had called a suicide hotline and they thought he might be a threat to her. The woman could not be located by The Associated Press.

Police obtained warrants for Gray’s arrest in mid-March but could not locate him. He was arrested Tuesday at a veterans’ hospital in Massachusetts. It was not clear why or when he checked himself into that hospital, but Stevens said he thought Gray had been in Brockton for about two weeks.

Caron said they were in touch with Stevens for several days prior to Gray’s arrest, when they thought Gray would surrender. But that scenario began to appear less likely Tuesday.

“We weren’t comfortable and chose to have him arrested by the Brockton police,” Caron said.

Gray participated in his Salem arraignment Wednesday by video feed from jail. He was scheduled to be in court April 5 for a probable cause hearing.

Gray is a self-employed civil engineer who was elected to the Salem Planning Board a year ago, said board Chairman James Keller. Gray missed planning board meetings on March 8 and 22, emailing in advance to say he wouldn’t attend because of “family matters,” Keller said.

Keller said he believes Gray should resign, but he has not been able to reach him to tell him so.

92 year old Florida Woman fires shots after she’s rejected a kiss.

Helen, honey, the way to a mans heart is through his stomach sweetie. And no that doesn’t mean to shoot him through the heart. Oh my, these people still have to be taught how to land a man. If every woman took rejection that way, we would really need gun control
Did I just say Gun control again? This is the 4th time I’ve written about guns in like 2 days. Get off that topic? Ok…but I promise you, before this week is out, you will be reading another story of a gun crime.

So, Helen asks for a kiss from her “fantasy” lover and he says NO. First off, it’s not easy for a woman to hear those words. Women are hardly rejected. But now this story has me wondering what Helen looks like. Really, I’m curious to know what makes her think she’s so hot as to land a 53 year old. Maybe she looks every bit of 75, who knows? Regardless, this pistol toting granny needs some therapy. All she wanted was one simple kiss. You mean to tell me this guy couldn’t be so nice as to do this lady a favor? His comeback of, “I told her I already got a girl” is funny.

Men are typically the ones who cannot accept rejection, but women get frustrated as well. Maybe Helen is sexually frustrated or just wanted to feel the touch of a man one more time. What’s wrong with that? Nothing. I just hope that we don’t start seeing more old women shooting at men because they said NO. Read the story below…

A 92-year-old woman was arrested on charges that she fired shots into a home after a man inside denied her a kiss, the Ocala Star-Banner reported.

According to the newspaper, 53-year-old Dwight Bettner asked neighbor Helen Staudinger, 92, to leave his home. She said she would only leave if he kissed her, but left angry when the man refused.
