Since Laurel Rogers went missing, there hasn’t been much information regarding her case until recent. If it weren’t for the little girl who James Maxwell raped, this case would not be looked at for quite some time, as there were no real leads. The body is being considered undisclosed, however investigators are saying that they have a pretty good idea who the victim is. Could this be Laurel Rogers?

According to news sources, James Maxwell lived just a half a mile away from this missing lady. Would a woman who had Lupus ever have left without her medication or ever have left without her medication for fibromyalgia? That is a very painful condition and she would need therapy at any given time. As it could be debilatating.

Her phone was said to have made a phone call some time after she went missing. It actually called a friend of hers. When questioned who the caller was he gave the name, “Jamal” and said that Laurel had left with 2 men. One named Kenny and the other Breezy. Side note, James Maxwell Found on a Sleuth site from “Heineken Man”…food for thought?

Laurels Mother, Lauretta spoke on the news today and said that she hopes it’s not her daughter that was discovered in James Maxwells yard. Yes it would bring closure, but every parent holds on to the hope that their child is still alive.

It is also being reported on http://www.cfnews13.com that James Maxwell’s girlfriend (Joanna Bertram) at the time of his arrest back in December 2011 that he would threaten them by telling them stories of women being buried in his back yard. He referred to the buried women as “hookers.” One Neighbor Colt Wainright states that they were neighbors and that they borrow tools from each other periodically, possibly even a shovel. But who knows.
Another note to mention. Since this story is resurfacing about Laurel Rogers, there have been a few sites that have chosen to post some not so positive photos of Laurel from a time where she was arrested. That will not be done here. That does nothing for her cause and it does nothing to help her surviving family. Provided it is her remains. If not, it is still tacky to post such information on a missing person. It desensitizes the story and makes it seem as if she is unworthy of being alive or searched for. It doesn’t matter what her past was, murder is a crime and it was unnecessary if it is her. I hope it isn’t as well.

Massive Pedophile Ring Busted: 230 Children were saved.

Grant Edwards, of the Australian Federal Police (right), Peter Davis (center) of the U.K.'s Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre, Europol director Rob Wainwright outline details of arrests during "Operation Rescue" linked to a global child abuse network during a news conference in the Hague Wednesday.

Many parents think that their missing children are dead, but in reality, they may be working as sex slaves or held up in some house being photographed and viewed on the internet. These pedophile/sexual predator sites operate and are fully functional. Some missing children are exploited and with the help of investigators running a nationwide sting, they are caught. It seems too slow though. It seems that too many still pass through the cracks.
Some states in USA, have so many predators in the cities that the children can hardly walk the streets and play in the playground safely. Parents are powerless to do anything about it. The playground where a child learns develop socially, remains abandoned in many places.

You watch for the children to come outside and play, but you never see them. They are locked away in their homes with the television and video games. Unfortunately they never really learn social skills. Schools don’t teach your children how to socialize, other human contact does. Makes it virtually impossible for kids to get to know one another. It would be good to see the streets safe again.

Read the story below…

An Internet pedophile ring with up to 70,000 members — thought to be the world’s largest —has been uncovered by police, a security official said Wednesday.

The European police agency Europol said in a statement that “Operation Rescue” had identified 670 suspects and that 230 abused children in 30 countries had been taken to safety. More children are expected to be found, Europol said.

It said that so far 184 people had been arrested and investigations in some countries were continuing. Most of those detained are suspected of direct involvement in sexually abusing children.

They include teachers, police officers and scout leaders, AP reported. One Spaniard who worked at summer youth camps is suspected of abusing some 100 children over five years.

Europol director Rob Wainwright said Wednesday the ring, which communicated using an Internet forum, was “probably the largest online pedophile network in the world.”

Cori Bassett, a public affairs officer for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, said in an email that there had been five arrests and four convictions in connection with Operation Rescue in the U.S.

“Arrests so far have been made in Georgia and Connecticut. ICE continues to pursue the leads provided by Europol,” she added.

The website was shut down following the three-year investigation, Europol said.

“The website operated from a server based in the Netherlands and, at its height, boasted up to 70,000 members worldwide,” it added.

“It attempted to operate as a ‘discussion–only’ forum where people could share their sexual interest in young boys without committing any specific offences, thus operating ‘below the radar’ of police attention,” Europol said.

“Having made contact on the site, some members would move to more private channels, such as email, to exchange and share illegal images and films of children being abused. Computers seized from those arrested have harvested huge quantities of child abuse images and videos,” it added.

Police infiltrated site
The Europol statement said U.K. and Australian police infiltrated the site to identify the members who posed the greatest danger to children. Police also sometimes posed as children online as part of the investigation.

..Law enforcement authorities from 13 countries, including the United States, Australia, Canada, Italy, Spain and the U.K., were involved in the case, Europol said.

The statement said Europol analysts had cracked the security features of a key computer server at the center of the network which uncovered the identities of suspected child sex offenders.

And, after his arrest, the forum’s Dutch administrator helped police break encryption measures that shielded users’ identities, allowing police to begin their covert investigations.

“Europol subsequently issued over 4,000 intelligence reports to police authorities in over 30 countries in Europe and elsewhere, which has led to the arrests of suspects and the safeguarding of children,” Europol said.

Wainwright said he was proud of the “exceptional work of our experts in helping police authorities around the world to record these groundbreaking results.”

“The safeguarding of so many vulnerable children is particularly rewarding and demonstrates the commitment of our agency to make Europe a safer place for its citizens,” he added.

The investigation was led by Britain’s Child Exploitation and Online Protection Center.

Peter Davies, of the center, said there would be more arrests as the investigations continue.

“Those who have been members of the site can expect a knock on the door in the very near future,” he said.

In Britain, police said, the children involved were aged between 7 and 14.

Australian Federal Police commander Grant Edwards said suspects arrested in Australia ranged in age from 19 to 84 and used the Internet to “prey on children with anonymity, with subterfuge and with camouflage.”

Children, Edwards said, “should be able to use the Internet safely, without fear of being approached or groomed by these online predators.”

Katherine Sanchez, 15, Body was found. She was raped and murdered by her Brother In Law.

Carlos Cardenas (Illegal Immigrant) Alleged Killer

Katherine Sanchez, 15

More than a month after Katherine Sanchez went missing, her body was found in an apple Orchard. According to the story, the wife of the alleged killer, Kimberly Cardenas states that “he” acted normal and was seemingly just as concerned as she was. All the while, he knew what he had done to her baby sister.
Kimberly wants Cardenas to receive the death penalty for the murder of her sister. Carlos Cardenas is quite the ungrateful one. Bad enough he is in this country illegally, but he turns around and murders his sister in law.
That is hardly the story you hear of Mexicans coming over here for the American Dream. He is not a testament to that thinking. He’s a cold blooded murderer, and possibly he was a criminal in Mexico as well. That’s why he came here more than likely. Must America keep getting Mexicos rejects?
It would be nice to get some of the good ones who are truly here to get the “dream” rather than causing a nightmare.
This is such a sad story. This little one didn’t deserve to be treated the way she was. It’s noones fault necessarily, but there are those who will find fault with someone. If anything is to blame, “Illegal” means something. It is noticeable, that when you follow the rules, you get bitten by the snake a lot less. He should NOT HAVE BEEN HERE. Read the story below…

A 15-year-old upstate New York girl was raped, suffocated and buried days later in an apple orchard by her brother-in-law, police said.

The remains of Katherine Sanchez were found Friday, more than a month after she was reported missing.

Carlos Cardenas, 21, is being held on second-degree murder charges in Orleans County.

Police say Cardenas raped the teen while she was babysitting at his house and killed her when she threatened to tell her sister, WKBW-TV reported.

Cardenas kept Sanchez’s dead body in his basement for a couple of days before taking it to the orchard, said police.

“He deserves the death sentence, that’s what he deserves,” Kimberly Cardenas said of her husband, whom she said acted normally while Sanchez was missing. “He’s demented. He’s a sick man.”

Police said Carlos Cardenas, a native of Mexico, is illegally in the U.S.

“She was an angel,” Kimberly Cardenas said of her sister, “an angel on earth.”

Lois Pearson (missing woman) Was found. She was kidnapped and sexually assaulted for 2 weeks

Jeffrey Maxwell and Lois Pearson

So let’s get this straight. Yes means Yes and No means Yes as well? Men are becoming quite aggressive sexually and also very possesive. It used to be that a man was considered a gentleman, but now, they are considered “risky”. That simply means, it’s a risk to date one, be alone with one or invite one over to your home. There was even a story that ran last year about a man whose advancement was turned down by a young lady and he shot her.
So saying NO could cost you your life as well? What’s a woman to do? Men have always been known to have the entitlement spirit. It’s been that way for years. Not sure where it came from, but History shows, men would invade a territory, kill the men and rape the women and young girls. Not much has changed in their minds, but the laws have changed to prohibit that sort of stuff from happening. Problem is, it’s still happening.

Men still have the upper hand in this country and they know it. The woman is still considered feeble. No matter how far up the ladder of success she climbs, most men still feel that a woman belongs at their feet. That goes for many races. Kidnapping. Possessing her as if shes his property. Why? Control. He wanted to control her, and her No only served his sadistic purpose.
He took her home from her, took away her comfort and her family and decided that he would MAKE her his.
That sounds like the exact same thing from times past. Men OWNED women.

The nuptials would read, LOVE HONOR AND OBEY. Yes, that was ommitted from the standard nuptials and women can choose to include it, but men have not changed at all. Perhaps his life was miserable and he had no control over his situation, and chose to control Lois. That’s not an excuse, just speculation. Men need to deal with rejection, but until they do, these stories will keep parading across the headlines.

A Texas woman was kidnapped and sexually assaulted for two weeks by a man whose affections she previously spurned, police said Monday.

Jeffrey Maxwell took Lois Pearson on March 1 and kept her trapped in his home in Corsicana, about 50 miles south of Dallas, Dallas-Fort Worth’s Fox 4 News reported. Police say she suffered a “horrific ordeal.”

The 62-year-old was restrained and assaulted repeatedly for 13 days, authorities said. Several restraints and other evidence were found in the home.

Pearson is being treated for several undisclosed injuries.

Texas Rangers heard her screams when they went to arrest 58-year-old Maxwell on Saturday. They were led to him after a witness reported seeing a blue compact vehicle with a handicap tag outside the house on the day she disappeared.

Maxwell lived near Pearson in 2007, during which time he allegedly made repeated advances towards her.

“He was always trying to invite her to over his house and whatever, and she would never go for that,” her friend Howard Hungerford told WFAA 8 News.

Pearson was reported missing March 3. Her family became concerned when her home was destroyed in a fire and no trace of her was found.

Police believe Maxwell kidnapped Pearson at gunpoint and brought her to his home nearly 100 miles away. He later returned to the home near Whitt, Texas and burned it down.

West Palm Beach: Police Identify the Bodies of 2 children.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

In the slideshow would be little Jutyra Allen, Clem Beauchamp and Margaret Gissome, the sister of Felecia Brown
DELRAY BEACH — In a grisly twist in an already sordid case, Delray Beach police this evening said they suspect a woman whose body was found in a trash bin in West Palm Beach in August is the mother of two children found in bags in a Delray Beach canal on Wednesday.

While the identifies are not confirmed, police spokeswoman Nicole Guerriero said they believe the dead are: Jermaine McNeil, 10, his sister JuTyra Allen, 6, and their mother Felicia Brown, 25.

Guerriero said the only suspect in the murders is Clem Beauchamp, who was arrested Thursday on unrelated federal charges.

The children were living in Beauchamp’s Delray Beach home along with Michelle Dent and her three children, officials said.

At a hearing earlier today, the Florida Department of Children & Families persuaded a judge to strip Dent of custody of the three children. During the hearing, a DCF investigator told the judge that Dent was “a person of interest” in a double, possibly a triple, homicide.

DCF investigator Michele Fuhrman testified that she believed it was not in the best interest of the children – Demetrius Beauchamp, 15, Keayana Beauchamp, 10, and Karchelle Washington, 3 – to remain with Dent during the ongoing criminal investigation.

Fuhrman told the judge she believes Delray Police are reviewing WalMart security tapes to see if weights may have been purchased there – weights presumably to sink bodies. “It’s the beginning of a very intense criminal investigation,” Fuhrman said.

Womans body found in West Palm Beach May be linked to 2 kids found in Canal.

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Michelle Dent (Beauchamps Girlfriend)

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

This story runs deeper and deeper. Apparently Still waters do run deep. First it’s two children who were unidentified and now this woman may be linked to this story. When writing this story yesterday, the realization that there was a missing link came forth. There’s no way a man can get away with killing 2 children and there not be a woman involved. My question was, Where is the mother? Someone must’ve done the little girls hair who was found. Her hair had been done in braids with beads. The pieces of the puzzle are coming together and today, Clem Beauchamp was taken into federal custody. Did Clem Beauchamp kill the mother of these children? It looks that way. Anyone reading this story would have a hard time sleeping tonight. Think about this man/animal. He meets a woman with children, eventually after they break up, he kills her. Some time goes by and then he kills her children. This mother loved her children so much, she put a tattoo of them on her arm. Not only carrying pictures of them in her wallet, but tattoos. That may be the only identifier that this mother has that would link her to the deceased children.

Is there another mother missing from this story? There are two children, 1 may be accounted for as the father gave evidence as to his DNA. The boy who was found in the canal, noone has come forth with information regarding him, which may mean that Felecia Brown had 2 children by 2 different men. And as she and Beauchamp were dating then two children eventually ended up with Beauchamp. The boy may very well be her son as well. She has a tattoo on her arm reading “Jermaine” Also, there are two older children in the home and one younger one who does not have the last name of Beauchamp, who are they and where is their mother? If Michelle Dent, the new girlfriend is not their mother, then who is? Is she another Jane Doe whose body was found and gone unnoticed? What is Clem Beauchamp telling these children about their mothers? Is he telling them that their mother left/abandoned them? Is this why these two children were killed? Did they know too much? Did they see something or overhear something and that is why he killed them?

DELRAY BEACH — West Palm Beach Police are looking into the possibility that a woman’s body found in August in a trash bin in West Palm Beach is linked to the deaths of two children found in bags in a Delray Beach canal on Wednesday.

A police spokesman didn’t release the name of the woman. But the mother of two children linked to the Delray Beach case has been missing since August, authorities have said.

The spokesman said West Palm Beach police are working with Delray Beach police to determine whether the unidentified woman found in August, and later released a sketch of in December, is Felecia Brown.

Brown is the mother of two children who were living with Clem Beauchamp at his home in Delray Beach. She and Beauchamp were romantically involved for years but broke up months ago.

Curtis Allen, who had a 6-year-old daughter, JuTyra, with Brown, said he was worried about his daughter’s safety. Today, he gave Delray police DNA samples, hoping that it would help the detectives determine whether JuTyra is the girl police found in the canal. The other child was a boy.

Also today, the Florida Department of Children & Families persuaded a judge to remove children from the custody of Michelle Dent, Beauchamp’s current girlfriend. During the hearing, a DCF investigator told the judge that Dent was “a person of interest” in a double and possibly a triple homicide.

DCF investigator Michele Fuhrman testified before a judge that she believed it was not in the best interest of the children – Demetrius Beauchamp, 15, Keayana Beauchamp, 10, and Karchelle Washington, 3 – to remain with Dent during the ongoing criminal investigation.

Fuhrman told the judge she believes Delray Police are reviewing WalMart security tapes to see if weights may have been purchased there – weights presumably to sink bodies. “It’s the beginning of a very intense criminal investigation,” Fuhrman said.

Fuhrman told the judge that when child protection team investigators interviewed the older children that they denied any knowledge of the disappearances. But their answers seemed coached due to their similarity and them correcting their answers.

Meanwhile, Delray Beach police responded to a “domestic” call around noon today at Dent’s last known address. A woman was seen leaving the back of the house in the 1600 block of Northeast Third Avenue and going into the house next door.

Neighbors had heard some sort of argument involving children at the house and called it in. But police left the scene without taking anyone into custody.

Delray Beach Police have scheduled a second news conference about the case for 6 p.m. today.

Police began questioning Beauchamp Thursday night. He was formally charged Thursday in U.S. District Court with possession of a silenced firearm, according to a complaint filed by an agent with Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.

In laying out the federal allegations, which is a separate investigation from the dead children, the ATF agent described finding in the trunk of Brown’s repossessed car a .22-caliber handgun fitted with a homemade silencer and a black bag filled with a green Halloween mask, ammunition, a black knit cap and a tube of crack.

Beauchamp, 34, is the owner of the house at Southwest Seventh Avenue that police have cordoned off and been searching since Thursday for evidence in the slayings of the two children.

Police spokeswoman Nicole Guerriero said this morning that the search continues, but still declined to identify the victims, describe a cause of death or say whether they were children in Beauchamp’s care.

This morning, investigators could also be seen digging a little in the back yard of the house and towing away three cars.

Guerriero said police have not received any missing children notifications.

Someone stuffed the bodies of two small children, a girl between 6 and 10 and a boy between 10 and 12, into plain black bags and dumped them in a canal on the city’s south side. They were found bobbing in the water on Wednesday. A search for their killer on Thursday led detectives to Beauchamp’s little tan house on Southwest Seventh Avenue.

The girl, who was black, had been shoved into a black duffel bag. The boy, who was also black, was folded into a suitcase.

Both had been placed in a long, wide canal and stayed there until Wednesday, when a passerby spotted a strange little buoy bobbing near the city’s south side.

DELRAY BEACH — Detectives suspect a man with a violent past is involved in the murders of two children who were found folded into black bags and tossed into a canal near the city’s south side, police said this evening.

Police are questioning Clem Beauchamp, 34, of 105 Southwest 7th Ave., in the deaths of a girl between ages 6 and 10 and a boy between 10 and 12, said Sgt. Nicole Guerriero, Delray Beach police spokeswoman. The children were found Wednesday bobbing in the C-15 canal near

Records show Beauchamp was arrested five times between 1995 and 2010, on charges ranging from armed robbery to marijuana possession.

Neighbors described him as a doting father of four children who had been having relationship problems and, lately, acting strangely.

Earlier today, Delray Beach Police said they identified the two children whose bodies were found Wednesday stuffed in luggage in the C-15 canal.

At the earlier news conference, Guerriero declined to name the children.

Meanwhile, police put up crime scene tape around Beauchamp’s house, where at least four children lived, neighbors said.

This morning, divers from the Boca Raton Police Department joined Delray Beach police and fire-rescue in a renewed search of the canal that divides Delray Beach and Boca Raton, even using a remote-controlled submarine to scour the canal bottom.

Guerriero said the search turned up no new evidence. She said the department has “received countless tips and phone calls from neighbors who saw suspicious items or people.”

As detectives interview Beauchamp, the state Department of Children and Families is collaborating with law enforcement. Child care workers are looking through the current list of runaway kids to see if there’s any child who matches the description of the two found in the canal.

They are also looking at a list of foster children that have not been visited by a DCF investigator in the last month, to see if any match the description of the children.

The discovery Wednesday rattled the middle-class neighborhood nearby.

Police divers went into the water twice and twice emerged cradling little bodies, children who had died and were cast off like old shoes, investigators said.

The bags were found about a half-mile apart in the canal near Avocet Road and Carl Bolter Drive. The canal stretches between U.S. 441 and the Intracoastal Waterway and flows under almost every major north-south road in Palm Beach County. The water flows east or west, depending on the tides.

They found the girl about 9 a.m. Wednesday. They said she was black and appeared to be between 6 and 10 years old. She was dressed in short sleeves, dark pants and blue Polo sneakers. Her hair was arranged in beaded braids.

They found the boy, also black, about 3:30 p.m. in a soft, black suitcase, a half-mile west of where the girl was discovered. He appeared to be between 10 and 12 years old. He wore dark blue or black pants but no shirt.

Neither child showed obvious injury. Neither carried any immediate clues to his or her identity.

Police believe they have found the remains of Christopher George

James Hataway may be linked to Human remains discovery

Christopher George (possible victim of Hataway)

Jennifer Kesse (potential victim of Hataway)

James Hataway

Tracy Ocasio

In 2009, a story ran where a woman was reported missing. Her name was/is Tracy Ocasio. Her parents were faithfully searching for their missing daughter. And it’s more than likely they still are. Here’s the kicker, she was last seen leaving a club with James Hataway. Of course at the time, I wrote a huge story about James Hataway and a few people came on and stated that “He was a decent guy.” However, nothing ever came of the missing woman. Some time passed and a woman came through with a shocking story. It was a story of she and Hataway being together one night after she had given him a ride home from a club and things turned out wrong. The Poor woman was in fear for her life and she escaped him. Here is the story in most of it’s entirety. …
www.wftv.com June 3, 2009

The sixth alleged victim came forward Wednesday and told investigators she had been roughed up by him.

“This Jimmy has a preponderance to do violence, he snaps, he gets angry, it’s always a woman, ride home, end up alone,” said Sgt. Mike Bryant, Ocoee Police Department.

A Casselberry woman told Eyewitness News Tuesday that Hataway tried to kill her last August. Ocoee wants Seminole County investigators to increase the charges in that case from battery to at least aggravated battery or attempted murder.

“We’re hoping Seminole County will step up their charges to keep Jimmy in jail while we continue to look for Tracey,” said Sgt. Bryant.

As days go by and more of James Hataway’s past comes out, Ocasio’s parents are in disbelief that he was ever on the streets.

“Incredible that he’s involved in so many suspicious disappearances,” said Joe Ocasio, Tracy’s Father.

Ocoee police say they are getting dozens of leads and looking for more possible victims. They do know Hataway worked clearing shore lines and dumping debris illegally.

“He’s very familiar with going out into open land at night and not getting caught dumping land debris and waste, that’s a concern oh yeah,” said Bryant.

Eyewitness News learned more about James Hataway. The 28-year-old lived with his father in Ocoee. He also worked with his father dredging ponds.

From 1993 to 1998, Hataway was in and out of juvenile hall. He has an extensive record of drugs, DUI and traffic violations.

Crime line has put up a $5,000 reward for information that leads to Tracy Ocasio’s whereabouts. Police have Ocasio’s car and they are going through it, looking for clues.

At a hearing Tuesday, Judge Heather Higbee revoked Hataway’s bond on an earlier case of criminal mischief and he is being held on no Bond. However, a bond of $500 was granted on a current misdemeanor charge, but Hataway remains in the Orange County jail.

SUSPECT’S MOTHER TALKS TO WFTV

Donna Hataway is James’ mother. She told Eyewitness News Wednesday that she’s lost touch with her son over the years. Donna says she spent a lot of time with him in juvenile court, but hoped that he would turn his life around.

Donna said James was soft spoken. Donna, who is hearing impaired, says she heard about her son James’ most recent trouble on the news.

For a while, Donna says she was living on the streets and just moved back to town about two years ago.

“Do you think he’s capable of hurting, possibly murdering people?” asked WFTV reporter Kathi Belich.

“No I don’t think so, because I tried to bring him up the right way,” she replied.

Donna says she’s worried and admits he was a troubled child with a serious juvenile criminal record, which sent him to a boot camp program.

“He improved, he improved and started to get straightened up and thought about what he did,” she said.

Donna said he dropped out of high school, but did get his G.E.D. and said he does construction work and also worked at Perkins and Starbucks.

Donna blames his problems on drugs and says even though she hasn’t seen him for years; she’d like to visit him in jail.

“I would say that, ‘I love you no matter what good or bad. You’ll always be my son,’” said Donna.

She says she doesn’t know anything about the disappearances and assaults that have police focused on her son.

POLICE BELIEVE SUSPECT IS TIED TO MAN’S DISAPPEARANCE

As more people hear about the case, it’s becoming an eerie game of six degrees of separation and James Hataway is in the middle.

Eyewitness News learned that Hataway was one of two people, who last saw a missing Apopka man.

Wednesday night, Apopka police picked up Tyler Watters. Watters is a friend of Hataway and someone who they believe may have information about the disappearance of the Apopka man.

In February, Chris George’s car was found abandoned in a wooded area in Apopka. Initially, family and friends did not take it seriously. They looked for George, who also goes by the name George Onda, and didn’t find him, but assumed he did not want to be found.

They thought the 29-year-old took off and went on a drug-induced binge. It was not uncommon for him to disappear for two to three weeks and then come home.

Jams Hathaway helped with the search for his friend. He was one of the last people to see George and told police that George may have been on hallucinogens.

Apopka police initially closed out the case, but now that James Hataway maybe involved in Tracy Ocasio’s disappearance, detectives have reopened the case.

Authorities are in the process of re-interviewing all of George’s friends, but they are still trying to locate one friend who is considered a person of interest.

Investigators say Hataway and that person of interest were the last people to see George before he disappeared.

Apopka police investigators say they did not consider George an endangered missing person based on what friends and family members told authorities at the time. …

So there it is, many roads to take but they all end up coming back to James Hataway. When the recent developments of human bones being found today in Apopka,Fl…which by the way is the perfect to dump a body. The town has so much open land resembling swamps and so much of the land is undeveloped, it would be easy to hide someone there. It”s a very old town with a much smaller population and for miles, you can travel and not find any houses.

Tracy Ocasio is a beautiful young lady and speculation arose that Hataway may have been linked to another missing lady. Jennifer Kesse. Much investigation is being done to test these theories, but he (Hataway) is definitely one who needs to stay off the streets. More from todays story below…

Searchers combed an area Tuesday where a bone was found that could provide a lead in a missing person case.

Authorities with the Apopka Police Department confirmed Tuesday afternoon that they found human remains in an area where they once searched for Christopher George.

Investigators said George was last seen two years ago with his friend, James Hataway.

Hataway is also a person of interest in the disappearance of Tracy Ocasio, who was last seen leaving an Orange County bar with Hataway in May 2009.

Hataway will head to court for a trial in a third, unrelated case.

A Seminole County woman said Hataway tried to kill her after she gave him a ride home from a party.

…Do we have a serial killer on our hands? It was reported that Jennifer Kesse frequented that same club that Hataway visited. It is shocking to see just how many people this man Hataway may be linked to. I hope the truth comes out soon enough.
Did he kill George? Did he kill Kesse? Did he kill Ocasio? How many other names will eventually be added to the list?

Christopher Dubois wife Michelle Dubois is missing

A 36-year-old Orange County mother of 3-year-old twin boys
was reported missing and crime scene investigators were at
her home Wednesday and began speaking with her husband,
Christopher Dubois. He was allowed back into their home after
an afternoon spent searching for clues into Michelle Dubois’s
whereabouts and state of mind.
The Osceola Sheriff’s Office confirmed it sent its cadaver dog to
assist Orange County in the search, but found nothing.
AT THE SCENE:
Images Of Mother, Home
A neighbor told WFTV Michelle was dealing with depression,
and that it started after the birth of her twins.
Christopher told deputies that he last saw his wife on Monday
when he left their home on Nela Avenue near Belle Isle
( see map )
to take their children to daycare; when he came back about 45
minutes later, she was gone.
Detectives said they are taking pictures and searching her
house. The Orange County Sheriff’s Office told WFTV it’s a
routine part of their investigation; Christopher Dubois gave
them permission to search his home.
Christopher and his wife had a verbal argument before she
disappeared, but he insists she never would have left her
children behind. Early Wednesday afternoon, from behind the
door of his home, Christopher thanked WFTV for getting the
word out about his missing wife.
“I just want my wife back and so do the boys,” he said.
Deputies canvassed the neighborhood using a K-9 in the search
for Michelle. They searched in the family’s trash, as well.
Investigators appeared to remove what looked like a laptop
from the couple’s house.
“Those kids need their mom,” a neighbor told WFTV.
Michelle left her home without a car, without a wallet and
without a cell phone, but so far the sheriff’s office said there
are no signs of foul play.
The sheriff’s office said it doesn’t have a history with the
family, and they are not calling Christopher a suspect. He is not
under arrest.
Anyone with information on Michelle Dubois’ whereabouts is
asked to call the Orange County Sheriff’s Office or CRIMELINE at
407-423-TIPS.

I suspect foulplay. I just do. Now it may not be so. However, how many times have we seen these stories More investigation should be done. Unless this woman was completely mental…noone should think she just wandered off. I hope that her husband is innocent. He is the last one to see her.
Saying that mom was depressed leads the officers to think that she may be troubled emotionally. That takes the focus off the case and opens another realm of the search efforts. However…she has no money…no ID etc..something may be terribly wrong. Also whats happening with the recovered laptop Is that a mere coincidence

Updated …

A body that was found near railroad tracks has been confirmed
to be that of 36-year-old Michelle Dubois, a mother of two who
was reported missing earlier this week, the Orange County
Sheriff’s Office Thursday afternoon. Officials said her death
appears to be the result of an apparent suicide.
“While the cause and manner of Mrs. Dubois’ death will not be
released until the completion of the Orange County Medical
Examiner’s report, a note and evidentiary items recovered at
the scene, and the fact that there were no signs of trauma to
the body or evidence of foul play indicates that she took her
own life,” the sheriff’s office wrote in a release issued Thursday
afternoon.

……this is such a horrible story. Did he provoke her My concern is what did he say to her to make her do this It really seems strange. Immediately after the argument, she kills herself.
Can you imagine what she must have felt in order to do this Another thing that seems strange. Most women take their children to daycare. Did she feel useless In the story he takes the children from her and takes them to daycare. Now of course many men do this everyday, but she strikes me as one who wanted to be with her children. I hope there is some resolve to this story.
