A former Osceola High School teacher is accused of having a sexual relationship with a student, the KissimmeePolice Department reported Thursday.

Detectives began investigating Kacy Christine Wilson in October when they learned she was possibly having a relationship with a 16-year-old, police said.

The teenager initially denied the relationship and detectives attempted to interview Wilson, but she resigned and moved to Colorado. The case was inactivated due to lack of evidence.

Last month, the teenager told school officials about his relationship with 28-year-old Wilson, police said. The teen spoke with detectives and also provided investigators with inappropriate photos Wilson recently sent him.

Police obtained an arrest warrant for Wilson on charges of unlawful sexual activity with a minor and a child pornography charge. She was arrested in Salida, Colo. and will be extradited to Osceola County.

 

Are men too much drama and women fed up with dealing with adults? Is it about perverting some young childs mind? What is this about? Romanticizing with a youngster and rekindling something that you never had as a teen? What is it? Also, why did he decide to speak up and admit the relationship? Perhaps to avoid arrest and public speculation as teachers before her have endured. The other day I was riding down the street. I saw what I thought was a young man walking. He was very cute and had a nice stride. It caught my attention. He looked at me, and then I noticed something. He was carrying books and it seemed as if he was just coming from a nearby Highschool. Now initially I didn’t put it together, I just saw a young man. He looked like 21 at least. Dressed nice. Once there was a possibility that this was a child, the thought was immediately tossed. That’s a no go. Well, some people hold those thoughts longer. Especially if you teach this child and see them everyday. Boys are teases and they flirt their little tails off. Boys are also charming little men. There’s no doubt that this took place.

What’s an adult supposed to say when a child says, “Yes I want this.”

Osceola County Principal David Groover, is arrested on drug charges.

So, we expect more from our children? We expect our children to obey those that are in charge of them. And yet, this is the example that your kids have to go by? Of course it is. That is why, Parents should be role models.

 

 

This principal was arrested for having a drug business going on inside of his home, and there’s no doubt, that he might have eventually sold to past students or even teachers. Education is the key to succes? No, common sense is the key to success. What good is education if you don”t use your brain?

He’s charged with delivery of methamphetamine, delivery of GHB-controlled substance, possession of methamphetamine, possession of GHB-controlled substance, possession of controlled substance – stanololol, possession of cannabis under 20 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia. Did I LEAVE anything out? Looks like he didn’t either. This may not mean that he wasn’t able to complete his job in a decent fashion, and I’m not sure if his personal life spilled onto his professional life, but it’s not far fetched. We cannot hold our children responsible when they have this type of leadership. Can We?

Why is he allowed to work in the Public school system? He sold GHB, the Date rape drug. Ummm, doesn’t that mean that this asshole is responsible for some teen girl getting raped or worse? The principal of a central Florida elementary school has been arrested after authorities say he provided an undercover agent with drugs at his home.

David Groover, the principal of Partin Settlement Elementary in Kissimmee, about 20 miles south of Orlando, was charged Friday with multiple drug counts. He was later released on bond.

According to a charging affidavit, the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint that Groover, 43, was providing methamphetamine and GHB, also known as liquid ecstasy, to adults at his home in St. Cloud.

A confidential informant introduced Groover to an undercover agent, who invited them inside his residence, the affidavit states. Grover then allegedly took out a baby bottle with a liquid he said was “G,” a street name for GHB, deputies report. Groover also allegedly took out a glass pipe and said he had some “Tina,” or methamphetamine.

Authorities found a marijuana cigar, two viles with liquid in a master bedroom closet, about 1.2 grams of methamphetamine, two ounces of GHB and a glass pipe and rolling paper, the affidavit states.

Grover was charged with delivery and possession of both methamphetamine and GHB, as well as possession of two other drugs. He declined to comment when reached by The Associated Press on Saturday.

“I’m not ready to talk about it,” he said.

Dana Schafer, a spokeswoman for the Osceola County school district, said Grover would be assigned to another position away from schools until the investigation is complete.

Grover was hired by the district in 1992, starting as a substitute teacher and rising up the ranks to become a principal. He has been the principal of Partin Settlement since 2006.

Schafer could not say whether there had been any complaints from parents or incidents involving Groover at the school, adding that a records request could be filed Monday for his personnel file. No records of previous discipline were found in a search of a Florida Department of Education database on discipline against educator licenses.

Teacher, Brian Shriner from The Geneva School Arrested for sex solicitation from Teen.

 

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -

Brian Gerald Shriner is a  respected teacher at The Geneva School, an upscale Christian school in Seminole  County, where he teaches Greek, English, and other subjects. He’s also an  ordained Episcopal priest But Friday, the  46-year-old man was arrested by the Orange County Sheriff’s Office when deputies  said Shriner exchanged emails over a period of weeks to have sex with a  teen.

However, the computer teen  was actually an undercover deputy.

When arrested, Shriner  told Orange County Sheriff’s detectives that he assisted at a church in Winter  Springs.

The church’s pastor told  WESH 2 News that Shriner is not a church employee, but does attend the church  and assists the church. The church is not a member of the local Episcopal  diocese.

Joe Thoma, the spokesman  for the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida, told WESH 2 News that Shriner is  ordained, but he is not employed by the diocese, and does not have district  authority to serve as a priest here.

So far, WESH 2 News has  not been able to obtain a response from The Geneva School, which is on Semoran  Boulevard, less than a mile north of Aloma Avenue.

OCSO officials said they  are concerned that there may be more victims, and are asking if anyone knows of  anyone who may be a victim of Brian Gerald Shriner to contact the agency, or  call Crimeline.

The arrest was announced  after 10 p.m. Friday in a news release. The Sheriff’s Office took an unusual  step, issuing a public records exemption of the arrest, which prohibited the  release of Shriner’s booking photo and details of his arrest.

This is such a sad pathetic story. I’ve written about these stories before. The biggest question, Why did it come out all of a sudden? Well, it didn’t come out because of the student, so that means the relationship will continue on some level. What goes on in the minds of women who choose this path? It’s almost hard to call them predatory, because it doesn’t take much to entice a young boy to have sex with you. Boys are eager to get their sex on. And it doesn’t take a genius to know that this relationship was consentual. Of course, children cannot consent to sex, so that makes it unlawful. What should this teachers punishment be?

Well looking at some other cases that were exactly like this one. She might get a slap on the wrist. If she thinks she loves him and continues to pursue him after warning, then her punishment will be harsher. It is a double standard for women and men who get caught in these situations. If a man rapes a boy, we all have our ideals of what the boy could have done to bring light to this situation. We say, “He was old enough to say No.” “He should have known better!” Well the same with this boy. But it’s SEX, and most times, sex doesn’t hurt. Especially when its accompanied by deceit and omissions.
That seems to spice things up. A young boy having an affair with his cute teacher. There will be many boys who envy him. Society itself gives this double standard, and then when it happens close to you, all of a sudden, you become enraged that somethings not being done about it.

But, what do you want? Pardon my expression, (since I’m Atheist) crucify her? It’s equated to nothing more than hormones. Men have them and women have them. So do children. The problem is, she didn’t wait. It’s not the same if she had waited 4 more years, right? But if he was 18 and she were 36 is that better? Well in some people opinions, she fucked up about the same as she is now. They would feel that he is way too young for her and that she is stealing his youth from him. Ultimately, that is HIS choice. This boy knows what he is doing. Should we change the laws?

Should we question kids and ask them a few things about the relationship?

3. Did you want this relationship?
4. Do you think this relationship was wrong?
5. Did you evr want the relationship to end?
6. How do you feel about ———- this person?
7. Do you feel violated?
8. Do you feel that you’re in a relationship with them?

And continue with how the relationship began? Find out whether he or she came on to the teacher. This world is so naive to think that teenager don’t make passes at their older counterparts. They do! It’s not about what the adult should have done, its about the mindset of the child. Let’s get this straight, because I get so annoyed with hypocrites. We trust a child to drive at the age of 15! West Melbourne police have arrested a female science teacher at a charter school after they say she had a sexual relationship with a 14-year-old student.

Irene Khan, 32, was arrested on Wednesday after a two-month investigation into a possible sexual relationship with one of her students at the Imagine School in West Melbourne during the 2011-2012 school year.

The victim told police Khan engaged in sexual activity with him several times, including her car, her apartment and several hotels and motels in the area.

“We brought the victim in and questioned him and corroborated much of his story, the sexual battery occurred several times,” said Commander Steve Wilkinson of the West Melbourne Police Department. “The victim had a cellphone his mother took it away from him and the suspect bought him a telephone and gave it to him.”

Police obtained cellphone records from the two that showed text messages where they wrote to each other, “I love you.” Khan also wrote to the victim wanting a kiss, police said.

Khan’s charges include enticing the victim to engage in sexual activity, committing sexual battery while in authority as an agent of the government, lewd or lascivious battery by engaging in sexual activity and lewd or lascivious molestation.

Khan was taken to Brevard County Jail, where she is being held on $80,000 bond. She will have her first appearance with a judge on Thursday morning.

According to the Imagine Schools website, Imagine Schools is a full-service operator of public charter schools, which mean they are publicly funded and privately operated. There are 75 schools in 12 states and the District of Columbia.

Florida Mom arrested for confronting Bus driver about Child bullying.

What’s a parent to do? If your child comes home and says, “I’m being bullied on the school bus.” Most parents would jump into action. That is exactly what this parent did. She first spoke with school officials about the problem. Then she took to the bus driver for answers and was met with more resistance. The bus driver called her daughter, “ghetto”. Where was there place to make such a comment when it comes to bullying?

It is a known truth that many bus drivers don’t care about the dealings on the bus. Children are raped, bullied, harassed all the time. Meanwhile, the bus driver sits idle and does nothing. It’s rare to find bus drivers who actually care. From the video you can tell that this mother was calm and collected. However, immediately the drive jumps to the defensive and tells the mother, “Your child is a liar.” That is surely no way to deal with a parent who has concerns for their child. What type of bus driver is this? He is the typical underpaid unskilled person who the transportation department normally hires. You get very few drivers who aren’t rude and disrespectful. Perhaps they feel this way because they are paid barely over minimum wage, if over at all. However, that is no excuse, and if you’re paid by tax payers, then you agreed to do a job. This mother is a hero. She is doing what she’s supposed to and the system is punishing her for caring.

Where can a child go in this world where it’s ok to beat on, harass, and bully? If a parent does this to their child, they are considered abusive. That child will then be removed from the home. What’s to take place in a case where a child is being attacked by another child? What’s to be made of a grown up whose supposedly in charge who sits back and blames that same child on a school bus? The school treated this with no credit nor merit. Her parental rights were violated to the 100th degree. If a parent is upset about how they are being treated on a bus, doesn’t that parent have a right to go to the bus? The video never shows her being aggressive. Why was she arrested? Because they could and they wanted to make an example out of her. It is good that she is suing the school. More parents should do this. The Sanford mother who was arrested after confronting her daughter’s school bus driver to try and find out who was allegedly bullying her is asking the state attorney’s office to drop charges against her.

The incident happened on a school bus and was caught on camera. It escalated when the when the bus driver, Roy Hooks, responded to Booker’s concerns about her daughter being bullied. He’s now the center of an intense district investigation.

“That’s a lying little girl. I don’t care what you hear from the other students. I’m just saying the girl’s a big liar,” Hooks is heard saying in the video.

Laura Booker said her daughter, the bullying victim, is now riding to school on a different bus. Booker hired a lawyer to handle the incident.

Booker told WFTV Wednesday that Hooks allows the kids on his bus to act crazy, and what got her most angry is when he allegedly implied her daughter was “ghetto.”

Deputies were called in by Hooks to pull Booker off the bus. Deputies threatened to use a taser on Booker if she didn’t step away. She did, but was later charged with trespassing and resisting an officer.

Booker’s lawyer told WFTV he plans to ask the state attorney’s office to dismiss the charges.

“We’re hopeful that if the school board watches the video, that they will contact the state attorney’s office and try to get them not to press charges,” said attorney Mark Nation.

Booker said she’s surprised she was arrested.

“It was excessive. I said nothing. I thought if the bus driver called police they’d be on my side. Parents don’t get on buses for nothing,” she said.

Booker said years ago she did the same thing when her son was allegedly being bullied. She said she confronted the children on the bus during that incident, but that did not lead to an arrest.

“I was told at that time, you cannot get on the school bus when students are on it. I knew that after, so I made sure I waited until every child was off that bus,” said Booker.

Booker also said she’s disappointed with the Seminole County School District.

Booker will head to court in May.

Sabrina Milo, Brooklyn High School teacher arrested for Terrorist Threat.

Was she serious? How many times have you made a threat that you didn’t mean? Parents do it all the time. Parents tell their children, “I will knock you into next week.” However, that is impossible. People yell out threats of shoving their foot up someones butt, but do they ever really do it? Teachers tell students that they have eyes in the back of their heads. However, that’s not true. So whats to be made of a teacher who makes these sort of threats?

Was it a slip of the tongue and a forgetfulness on the part of Milo? Did she forget that she was in a school setting? Well, in the minds of most people, it is whatever the witnesses claimed it to be. If you threaten someone saying, “I’m going to Kill you.” That person is left with trying to interpret whether you meant that statement or not. In this case, the coworkers must’ve felt they were in some sort of danger. That’s why they reported the teacher.

Her statements left little to the imagination. To speak specifically on Columbine was childish and would definitely place the school on high alert. What was she thinking?  Her students speak highly of her, but what do kids know?

A Brooklyn teacher was arrested Friday after bragging about a Columbine-style plan to bring in a shotgun and “settle some scores,” sources said.

Art teacher Sabrina Milo, 34, was cuffed and hauled out of Fort Hamilton High School about 11:15 a.m. after fearful colleagues blabbed to school safety agents.

She was taken to the 68th Precinct stationhouse, where she got a lawyer and clammed up, police sources said.

Hours later, she was charged with making terroristic threats, a felony that carries up to five years in prison.

“This woman talked about pulling a Columbine and we take these threats very seriously,” a police source said, referring to the 1999 Colorado school massacre that left 13 dead.

Milo made the threats earlier in the week, telling at least two other teachers she intended to come to school armed and “settle some scores” and “do what needs doing,” a source said.

It was unknown if Milo owned any weapons, but police were seeking warrants to search her Staten Island home and her computer, sources said.

Teachers told cops Milo had a short fuse, a law enforcement source said.

“She would get angry and run off at the mouth. Whether that would translate into real action – no one was willing to take the chance,” the source said.

“Her husband was ex-military, so there was a concern that she had access to weapons.”

Police sources said it was not the first time Milo had been in trouble at the Bay Ridge school.

In May, she was yanked out of the classroom amid allegations she flipped out in the classroom and hit a student.

“She hit a kid with a ruler on her fingertips,” one Fort Hamilton teacher said. “She was taken out of school for a while.”

A Department of Education spokeswoman confirmed Milo was removed from the school and returned in September. She declined to discuss the details of the investigation.

Several students – who said Milo was quirky but well-liked – said the incident was blown out of proportion.

“Last year we made a sign that said ‘Free Milo’ after she hit a kid’s phone with a ruler,” said sophomore America Casallas, 15.

“The girl was over-exaggerating … the girl hated her and made a big deal out of it.”

Milo offered to pay for the girl to get a manicure when she saw the ruler broke the teen’s nail, Casallas said.

Milo – who makes $75,796 a year – has been at the school since she was hired in 2001, the DOE spokeswoman said.

She’s married to another teacher at the school, JROTC instructor Lee Anderson, and they live in a home in Tompkinsville with one of his three kids from an earlier marriage.

Neighbors said she kept to herself, but was always nice. Anderson, 64, is often seen around the neighborhood in military fatigues.

“I’m kind of shocked to be honest,” said a neighbor, who declined to give his name. “They’re very nice, quiet people. We just say good morning, good evening.”

One of Milo’s students said she was taking the threats as seriously as an April Fool’s prank.

“It can’t be true,” said Aly Bianco, 15. “If she did say it, she didn’t mean it. She jokes a lot.”

“She’s a great teacher,” the sophomore said. “But people are mean to her for no reason. She puts up with a lot.”

“She’s the best,” Casallas agreed.

“We do art explosions where we throw paint at canvasses. She’s so creative and really helps kids with their problems.”

UCF Fraternity Delta Upsilon , is accused of giving Date Rape drugs to Sorority girls as a Game.

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. — University of Central Florida police are investigating a fraternity that’s accused of using a date rape drug on women as part of a game.

The investigation started after an incident on a bus.

Investigators say members of the Delta Upsilon fraternity were heading on a bus to downtown Orlando with members of the Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority for a night out recently when a sorority member saw fraternity members acting suspicious. That’s when the sorority member confronted one the fraternity members.

According to the sorority member, the fraternity brother admitted that before socials he and his brother put ‘roofies’ in random bottles of alcohol then pass it around the bus to girls not knowing which one it is and guessing at the end.

Word spread and girls were told not to take any drinks from the guys.

The president of the fraternity told WFTV Friday night that the allegations are false. Delta Upsilon’s president says he welcomes any investigation by UCF or campus police. He says the fraternity’s national organization is also looking into the alleged incident.

Students say if the charges are true, something needs to be done.

“I think there should be charges pressed for that, that’s completely ridiculous. I mean that’s something you should get thrown out of school for,” said student Katie Wood.

First and foremost, NEVER EVER take a drink from someone. Let me repeat, just in case you don’t know better. Never take a drink from a man or boy. It is the worst case idea. Date rape drugs have been on the market for years, and some boys/men still continue to use them.

There are more rapes that take place on college campuses than any other place. There are girls who don’t even know they’ve been “raped”. The reason it’s in quotes, is because the definition is stiff. If a woman was given the drug, yet she finds herself attractive to the man she is with, she may mistake it from the alcohol she’s drank. Not realizing that the alcohol doesn’t impair you to that degree unless you’ve had a substantial amount of beer. Also, beer rarely makes one sexually stimulated. Either you’re into your partner or you’re not.
It’s not like, You drink 4 beers and now find yourself overwhelmed with sexual desire to get laid by someone. That’s not the case. You would have to be a freak before you took those drinks. The problem with alcohol is that most women don’t know their effects, and they drink something they were given from the oh so loving boyfriend or date and then they become bolder, more aggressive and more stimulated. Ultimately ending up being raped. Yes it is rape. Especially if the victim would not normally under rational circumstances have sex with you. Therefore, if you find yourself slipping ruffies to your mate, you are indeed a rapist.

The story is plain as day, and yes the Frat is denying any involvement. The test could be, asking some of the girls whether or not they found themselves being more promiscuous and more wanton after dealing with a particular group or person. You can bet you get some Yes answers.

The Penalties for these types of guys are slaps on the wrist. Especially for those who have parents with money. Basically, their parents pay the tuition for a rapist and the schools house them. Arrive at the party already tipsy. When offered a drink, say a solid, “No”. And mean that No. Encourage your friends to do the same.

You’d be amazed how many of these guys get away with rape because law enforcement makes it virtually impossible for a woman to press charges in this case. Example: Jennifer sees a man that she really likes. She flirts with him, and finds him exciting. After a few weeks of chatting/texting, they decide to go on a date. On that date, she has emotional feelings for him and is really enjoying their time together. After the date at the restaurant, Joe invites her back to his place. Jennifer is in a romantic mood from the glass of wine that she had with dinner. Joe invites her to sit down while he goes and makes Night caps for he and his date. He arrives with two drinks in hand and he talks to her as he sets drinks down. As he sets drinks down, he then turns around to go and make the room more cozy. He turns the radio on soft music, and he then dims the lights. Jennifer is feeling romantic and special. She picks up her drink and finds it to be cool and refreshing. She begins to drink it. She relaxes a bit more. By the time her partner joins her, she’s smiling and on cloud nine. He sits next to her and he starts talking. He is truly himself. He’s funny, witty and charming. She is blushing, warm and comfortable. He drinks his wine while staring at her. He continues to engage her in conversation and she is very forth coming. He notices a difference. So he slides in closer to her and begins to rub her thighs, then her arms. He gives her kisses on her neck. She knows whats happening to a degree, but she is impaired a bit. He continues to tell her how sexy she is, and she smiles and says “Thank you.”
As you see, Jennifer is receiving the conversations, she is welcoming his gestures without much fight, but she is under the influence. Her thoughts will be on this moment when she wakes up in the morning. Yes, she may like him, yes she may find him attractive, but that was no guarantee that she would have slept with him on their first date. She might have wanted to wait to make sure he was the one. Joe knew this, and took advantage of her. Law enforcement will not ask these questions. They will ask her, Did you kiss him? Did you like the kisses? Do you remember his touch? Did you like it? Did you ever say No? She will be confused and not know the answer, and ultimately, her case of rape will be dismissed. She will walk away a victim.

These guys are scum. That is the case of the date rape drug clearly defined. Don’t these guys realize that there are some girls who are eager to give it up? Why go after these girls who are not interested? These guys wanted to control the situation. They wanted to be in charge of their victim. They wanted a laugh and the power must have been something they were craving. To know that they could control and manipulate the feelings of another woman was rewarding. What should their punishment be?

Michael Clare Bronx Pastor Is offered Plea deal for the raping and impregnating a 12 yr old girl

A Bronx pastor charged with raping a 12-year-old girl from his flock turned down a “sweetheart” plea deal that came with three years in prison.

Michael Clare, 38, refused the offer from prosecutors, despite “almost irrefutable proof” he impregnated the child, said Bronx Supreme Court Justice Megan Tallmer.

“He wasn’t interested,” Tallmer said in court Monday.

Clare’s lawyer, Paul Brenner, asked the judge to consider probation instead of prison.

“I would never do that,” she snapped, citing a DNA match between Clare and the victim’s aborted fetus.

Clare – the married leader of the Harvest Worship Center and principal of the associated Harvest Prep school, declined comment outside court.

Authorities learned of the alleged crimes in June, when the girl, who now 15, told her parents and police that Clare had sexually preyed on her for three years.

Clare, who is free on $50,000 bond, faces up to 25 years in prison if convicted of first-degree rape at trial.

Prosecutors believe he may have victimized other young churchgoers as well.

The judge said his preaching days are probably over, though, since his name would likely be added to the state sex offender registry following any plea deal.

“I don’t see how he could continue his work as a pastor,” Tallmer said.

So you would think that the story is that a Pastor raped a 12 year old girl and that she was a member of his congregation and that he impregnated her. But not today. Today the story is about, Why is there a “sweet heart deal in the first place?”

First off considering the nature of the crime, it is highly Inappropriate to call it a Sweet Heart Deal. That’s tasteless and tacky.

Where is the outcry and outpouring of blacks on this subject? We should see pastors on the television and on the podiums regarding this crime against this young girl. Instead they’d rather defend 12 rapists from Texas because they were “good boys.” They had potential. Who are we kidding?

Regardless of the evidence against this man, what’s wrong with this picture? How is it possible that for raping a 12 year old child you get 3 years? Then to attempt to clean it up and say, “It won’t get any better from here.” They have really done this child a favor haven’t they? Then the comment “The Clergyman will be vindicated at trial.”

Why do I write these stories? Why even bother? Where is the justice in this case of this girl? It’s her color isn’t it? It’s her wanton eyes as a 12 year old black girl. It’s the notion that all black girls are ” Open” and sexual before their time. It’s the old idea that black girls are “loose”. It still hasn’t died yet. She must’ve wanted this. Perhaps as the pastor was preaching, the child was in the audience smiling at him. She must’ve been crossing her legs and pulling a Sharon Stone. The Good Pastor Clare couldn’t resist, now could he?

It’s no wonder blacks are set back so far financially for supporting rapists and con artists. If he wanted to be, he can be in the pulpit immediately. Why? How? When you choose your man of God over God, then you do yourself a disservice. He should do the maximum time allowed. He should pay punitive damages to the victim. The monies that he collected from his delusional members should be used to pay for this childs education and any needs that she may have. A thorough investigation should be done behind the walls of this church and it’s so ironic that he’s a Principal as well. What a real piece of garbage this pathetic waste of human life is. If his members aren’t complaining about this Satan Reject, then who will? See, a lot of times the members will know what’s going on and still sit idly by and do nothing. If I were his wife, I would be repenting to God for marrying such a detestable thing. It’s not likely that his wife knew what she was getting and of course, no background check can help in these situations. When you marry something like this, it destroys your core and all of your judgments become challenged from then on. Did this man have children? What do they think? This has been the toughest story to talk about because it’s taking all I can to avoid expletives. My attempts to maintain a professional site are going out the window when it comes to children.

How many children have to go through this before stricter laws are made? Laws are already on the books, but if deals can be offered in exchange for lighter sentences, then what has been accomplished? This animal will get out and do the same thing again. That seems to be the basis of all these crimes. Let him out, and let him destroy further. It is a vicious cycle and parishioners won’t stop it, because they are too heavenly minded that they are no earthly good. I better not hear one comment about “Judge Not.” I swear, I will curse you out from sun up to sun down. Any of you stupid blacks who come to this site with your nonsense bull about how this man should be judged by God, don’t you even leave a comment. No one wants to hear your crap. Lisa Bliss goes out with her son to dinner and she drinks 4 glasses of wine? That”s what the police report shows. She was transporting her 9 year old son home, and she hit a concrete median. The legal limit for alcohol consumption while driving in Florida is .08, meanwhile Lisas consumption was .21. Perhaps this psychologist needs to sit on someones couch and tell her problems to. It’s obvious that she may not be fit to give advice when her own personal life makes headliners.

Most people who have children and they go out to eat, would not inhale a bottle of wine. They would know that they are driving home first of all, and they would also know that they have their child with them. When is this behavior ever ok? Lisa Bliss is assigned to certain schools and she works directly with students. Why wouldn’t Lisa take the bottle of wine home with her, put the child to bed, then get drunk? VOLUSIA COUNTY, Fla. — Investigators say a Volusia County school psychologist was drunk when she crashed her car, with her 9-year old son inside.

Lisa Bliss might have thought she could make the two mile drive home from the “Vineyard Wine Bar” in Lake Mary, but she barely made it one block.

Troopers say she had a blood alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit, when she crashed into a brick median Wednesday night. Her son was in the car with her.

In Florida, the legal limit is .08. Troopers reported Bliss’ level was .21.

She told troopers she and her 9-year old son just needed to go out, as they’re in the midst of spring break from Volusia County schools.

“That’s disturbing to us. Because as a mother, your primary job is to protect your children,” said Sgt. Kim Montes of the Florida Highway Patrol.

The manager of the bar told Eyewitness News that Bliss had 4 glasses of wine over 2 hours, and she never showed signs of being drunk.

She failed three field sobriety tests. Arrest papers show she’s charged with DUI, DUI with property damage, and DUI with someone under 18 in the car.

A Volusia County school district spokeswoman said Bliss has worked as a psychologist since August 2005. She works with students at several different schools in the district. The spokeswoman said Bliss is considered an excellent employee.

Bliss is expected to meet with district’s Office of Professional Standards when she returns to school from spring break on Monday.

Teen was arrested for Raping girl on School Bus.

McFarlane is no stranger to the law. He was arrested last year for suspicion of kidnapping a small child from a Central Florida Mall. However, he was released because it wasn’t clear that he meant to do her any harm. The video showed what looked like he was taking her or luring her out of the mall, however, he stated that he was only trying to help the toddler find her mother. He claimed that the little girl was lost.

His mother was waiting for him outside and so the case looked a little strange. But now, he is facing much serious charges and the judge refuses to release him. This may be a good thing. This young man needs some help and is a possible sexual predator in the making. The girl was clearly begging him to stop and to proceed means he had no regard for her feelings. He acted inhumane and he should be locked away for a long time.
If he is released, he will rape again and that will eventually lead to much more horrendous crime. If he can get off the streets now, he might have a chance, but most of the times, this type never progresses.

– A Marion County judge refused to release a teenager Tuesday, who is accused of sexually assaulting a classmate on a school bus. The judge said the charges against 15-year-old Edwin McFarlane were too serious to allow him go free.

Edwin McFarlane didn’t have anything to say to WFTV as he was taken into custody Monday night The sexual assault case has put McFarlane back in the spotlight for a second time. WFTV followed the case against McFarlane after he was arrested last year for taking a child out of a Burlington Coat Factory in Orange County. The false imprisonment charges against him were eventually dropped.

However, now police say the 6-foot-tall, 300-pound teenager confessed to the latest attack on a 15-year-old girl in Lake County school bus. Investigators say, last week, he sexually battered a 15-year-old girl on the bus and the incident was captured on video.

According to a Lake County Sheriff’s Office incident report, the girl was lying down to take a nap on the bus. Officers said McFarlane approached her and unzipped her pants. The victim told McFarlane to stop, but investigators said he didn’t stop.

The report also stated that McFarlane tried to kiss her and held her wrists down as she tried to pull away. The report said that McFarlane proceeded to molest the girl against her will.

The incident report also described that the 15-year-old girl screamed “Stop Edwin, stop!” during the ordeal. The Sheriff’s Office said another student heard the victim tell McFarlane to stop several times, but he continued.

McFarlane entered the courtroom Tuesday morning, towering over some of the court deputies, and was the first juvenile case to be called. His attorney asked that he be released to his mother, but the judge promptly declined the request.

“These are two very serious charges. Based on the risk assessment, I’m ordering you to remain in secure detention at this time,” the judge told McFarlane.

Another detention hearing will be scheduled outside the courtroom.

McFarlane’s mother said nothing Tuesday and his attorney, Natalie Jackson, said little to WFTV.

“There’s a 15-year-old boy and a 15-year-old girl. That’s all we know so until we find out more. We would ask that the privacy of both be respected,” Jackson said.

McFarlane has been charged with rape.

“They are very serious allegations and you take into account that he’s a very large person and she’s a 15-year-old female. She did not feel that she could get up and leave,” said Lt. John Herrell, of the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. “He made his way to the victim’s seat, immediately began touching her inappropriately, she continually told him no and told him to stop. He was persistent and continued until he committed sexual battery on her.”

Sources told WFTV that the State Attorney’s Office was considering going ahead with its prosecution of McFarlane last year when he was charged for taking a 3-year-old by the hand and walking her out of a Burlington Coat Factory. The child’s mother chased McFarlane down and the Orange County Sheriff’s Office eventually charged him with false imprisonment.

Sheriff Jerry Demings took heat for supporting the arrest. But once Sheriff Demings withdrew his support for the case, prosecutors dropped the charges .

Sheriff Demings released this statement to WFTV Tuesday amid the new charges: “These are investigations which are difficult at best and at the time of Orange County’s arrest of Edwin McFarlane in June of 2010, decisions were made to proceed as we did based on the totality of the circumstances. Without casting judgment, McFarlane once again finds himself in the middle of a criminal investigation and I am certain justice will prevail in the Lake County case.”

Neighbors, who didn’t want to be identified, supported McFarlane last year and were .“I was just really surprised, because I just thought he was wrongly accused and I thought he was a good kid in the neighborhood,” a neighbor said. “Obviously, with this second incident, he’s had his first chance and now it’s different.”

McFarlane’s attorney told WFTV she has not spoken to McFarlane since the arrest. He’s being held in Marion County, because Lake County does not have a juvenile detention facility or a juvenile court house.
